2023 Rankings: Top Shooting Guards

The Junior class rankings have been updated and we’ve had a big shakeup at the top and several new names and big movers. Here’s a look at the top ranked shooting guards in the updated 2023 rankings. This article does not contain any of the players who were ranked in the top ten in the class. Shelton is a long and athletic player who has been one of the best players in the 4th region since her freshman season when she was at Bowling Green. She is firmly in the mix to be a top 5 player in 2023 and should continue adding D1 offers. Freihofer is a good shooter but also excels at attacking the basket and getting to the free throw line where she shoots a high percentage. NKU has already offered and she should keep attracting colleges to northern Kentucky. Kylee is an efficient scorer who can get to her spots on the offensive end and is a true 3 level scorer. She has to do everything for Sayre and she is more than capable of carrying that load.
