Bardstown Head Coach Amber Courtney has a solid young team with two future division 1 players on the roster. Look to see the Lady Tigers make some noise in the 5th Region during the upcoming season. There is not much size on the team but there is a will to succeed.

[player_tooltip player_id="254279" first="Leah" last="Macy"] - ’25 6’2"/PF - Bardstown Kentucky Premier

Macy has great forward placement on her shot with a soft touch. On the rare occasion the ball touches the rim at all she gets the shooter's roll. She makes herself into a big target to receive the ball when cutting across the lane for the ball, makes an excellent dive cut, and has soft hands to make a difficult catch in traffic and the athleticism to convert on a difficult finish

She feeds open teammates in the offense and on the break and offers good help defense. It seems there is nothing she cannot do.

Macy is getting multiple looks from NCAA Division 1 schools including (in alphabetical order): Arizona, Cincinnati, Eastern Kentucky, Georgia Tech, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisville, Louisiana State, Mississippi State, Murray State, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, South Florida, and Western Kentucky

[player_tooltip player_id="106131" first="Jaileyah" last="Cotton"] - ’22 5’6"/CG - Bardstown Kentucky Premier EYBL East Tennessee State University

Cotton has great speed on the dribble, makes crisp passes including an excellent pass to lead a teammate into a layup. Her quickness and speed really stood out in a drill where she was outnumbered three to two. Her speed covered the distance eliminating the built-in disadvantage of the drill.

She intends to study Sports Management at East Tennessee State University.

[player_tooltip player_id="157975" first="Kadence" last="Walls"] - ’22 5’8"/CG - Bardstown Overtime Performance

Walls makes crisp passes including pinpoint accurate skip passes, has a high arching catch-and-shoot three-point shot. She runs the floor and finds space to receive the pass and score on the break and goes to the floor for the ball. With the ball, she pushes the tempo and penetrates from the win to score or kick to an open shooter.

She has had some interest from the Pikeville and Freed-Hardeman and intends to Major in Social Work.

[player_tooltip player_id="232341" first="Addison" last="Riley"] - ’24 5’5"/SG - Bardstown Kentucky Premier

Riley is another talented perimeter player that handles the ball and is a wing three-point shooter with a high release. She is thinking about studying Sports Broadcasting or Sports Marketing and has seen some interest from Lincoln Memorial and West Florida.

Sea’Aira Cooper - ’23 5’8"/PF - Bardstown

Cooper is a good post defender that denies the pass into the post without giving up inside position. She is a long-armed rebounder and goes head to head against one of the best players in the state each day in practice.

In college, she wants to study Dentistry.

Rowan Walls - '25 5'4"/CG - Bardstown Kentucky Premier

Walls is a good ballhandler and handles the ball under pressure. She gets good forward placement on her three-point shot and made a great wrap-around bounce pass for a post feed. Like her sister Kadence, she goes to the floor to get the loose ball. Her short jumper is smooth with such a quick release that the ball is almost out of her hands and in the basket before she releases it.

Nariyah Crowe - '25 5'5"/CG - Bardstown Kentucky Premier

Crowe is a dogged defender with great quickness, a high release three, and makes good lob passes. On the day I was watching she was not getting enough lift from her legs into her shot and the ball was landing short. But that was a minor tweak to be made on what was otherwise a great shooting form.

She intends to study Physical Therapy with the goal of being an Athletic Trainer.

Kadence Livers - '25 5'5"/CG - Bardstown Kentucky Premier

Livers makes crisp passes and runs the floor well. She scored a left side layup with the left hand on the break.

In college Law School/Criminal Law is where her interests lie.

Kiana Hunter - '24 5'7"/PF - Bardstown OTP

Hunter scored in the post off of a power dribble over the shoulder move.
