Who are some ladies we need to following moving forward? Let’s take a look at some of these UNDERCLASSMEN right here at Prep Girls Hoops.
[player_tooltip player_id="172192" first="Jazmyne" last="Lyde"] (2023) - South Florence HS (pictured on front)
Lyde is back at South Florence with the Lady Bruins after playing last season at Trinity Collegiate. Lyde brings a toughness to the floor and blue-collar mindset at times. Jazmyne does a good job of attacking and slashing to the cup. She really understands being around the ball to make a play or grab a loose rebound on either end of the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id="271261" first="Jamera" last="Madison"] (2023) - Darlington HS
Madison likes to play the game from the perimeter. Defenses can’t leave her open out on the wing or their going to pay for it. Jamera always seems to be under-control and doesn’t look to force shots.

[player_tooltip player_id="297312" first="Krystal" last="Baker"] (2024) - South Florence HS
Baker was a pleasant surprise last summer at the Francis Marion University Team Camp. Krystal doesn’t mind to mix it up down low and play physical. Baker does a great job of keeping the ball up high after rebounding it.
[player_tooltip player_id="171783" first="El" last="Johnson"] (2024) - Wilson HS (Florence)
Johnson plays off the ball and really likes to set-up shop from the corners. El a undersized shooting guard can really make a living shooting three pointers on a given night. Johnson tends to play off the ball most of the time while on the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id="210157" first="Faith" last="Farmer"] (2025) - North Myrtle Beach HS
Farmer can play both guards in the backcourt. Faith won’t hesitate at all to fill it up from downtown either with her perimeter shooting.

[player_tooltip player_id="175332" first="Destinee" last="Vereen"] (2025) - North Myrtle Beach HS
Vereen was very instrumental down in the paint last season as a 8th grader. Destinee sure doesn’t have a problem mixing it up down low for her young age. Destinee will set screens and draw contact all night long. The future looks bright for the Lady Chiefs.

[player_tooltip player_id="175335" first="Jasmyn" last="Jenkins"] (2025) - Myrtle Beach HS
Jenkins a left-handed guard has saw some varsity minutes over the past 2 seasons for the Lady Seahawks. Jenkins and Farmer both ran with SC76ers 15U Premier this past summer on the Grassroots Circuit.

[player_tooltip player_id="297243" first="Brooke" last="Mitchell"] (2025) - Hartsville HS
Mitchell should be in line for some good minutes this season for the Lady Red Foxes. Prep Girls Hoops first saw her this summer on at Francis Marion University Team Camp. Mitchell a guard was able to drop some floaters around the lane along with showing a quick shot release from the perimeter.
