[player_tooltip player_id="286194" first="Jasmine" last="Grant"] (2022) - Summerville HS - Prep Girls Hoops CO-Preseason Region Player of the Year (pictured on front)
Grant is a very agile and nimble forward who really covers the paint well. Jasmine is highly efficient around the basket with her GREAT HANDS and footwork. Stock Riser down the road for sure Hint-Hint. Jasmine is extremely off the floor if it’s challenging shots down in the paint or claiming a rebound on either end of the floor. Grant averaged 9 ppg last season and look for those numbers to improve for sure.

[player_tooltip player_id="357554" first="Terranique" last="Polite"] (2022) - Summerville HS
Polite has really picked up her since we saw her this summer playing with Lowcountry Premier on the Grassroots Circuit. Terranique is skilled enough to play multiple positions on the floor. Polite a long and rangy slasher sees the floor very well with the ball in her hands. She has the ability to pull-up off the bounce and knockdown shots with her athleticism. Polite averaged 8.4 ppg last season for the Lady Green Wave.

[player_tooltip player_id="176620" first="Kristen" last="Jenkins"] (2022) - West Ashley HS - Prep Girls Hoops CO-Preseason Region Player of the Year
Jenkins is geared to score the ball for the Lady Wildcats. Jenkins has a nice mid-range game and seems to be efficient playing from 15-17 feet. Kristen averaged 20.1 ppg last season for the Lady Wildcats. Jenkins is off to quick start this season after 3 games averaging 23.7 ppg this year. She ran this summer on the Grassroots Circuit with TMP.

[player_tooltip player_id="175310" first="Diamond" last="Thompson"] (2022) - Ashley Ridge HS
Thompson will make the offense go this season for the Lady Swamp Foxes. Thompson plays the game under-control and at times can get the ball into the gaps. Diamond will need to improve her numbers this season for the Lady Swamp Foxes to make some noise in the region. Thompson averaged 8.3 ppg last year.

[player_tooltip player_id="359499" first="Ya’niah" last="Smith"] (2022) - Summerville HS
Smith was a new name we got to see this past weekend at the TKC Thanksgiving Tournament. Ya’niah plays the game with a good demeanor and understanding from the backcourt for the Lady Green Wave. Ya’niah can finish at the rim with both hands at the cup along drawing contact.
[player_tooltip player_id="190157" first="Talasha" last="Walker"] (2023) - Stall HS
Walker plays off the ball out on the perimeter for the Lady Warriors. Talasha can knockdown the 3-pointer when called on. Walker and Weiters provide Stall HS a nice 1-2 punch from the backcourt.

[player_tooltip player_id="305504" first="Makayla" last="Weiters"] (2024) - Stall HS
Weiters is the primary ball-handler for the Lady Warriors in the lineup. Weiters has the ability to score the ball from all 3-levels on the floor. Makayla can cross-over a defender or drop a floater in a defender’s face to the basket. She really logs a lot of minutes and looks to rarely come off the floor for Head Coach Donta’ Brown.

[player_tooltip player_id="199693" first="Dianna" last="Blake"] (2024) - Ashley Ridge HS
Dianna can play inside-out on the floor for the Lady Swamp Foxes. Blake has a good set of hands to finish around the basket. She will drop a short jumper or draw contact battling for position down low on the block at times. Blake is looking to have a big season after averaging 5.6 ppg last year as freshman.
