Mallory Ramage Mallory Ramage 5'11" | CG Mattoon | 2022 State IL – Mattoon – 2022
Mallory is one of the most impressive players I’ve seen this season. The senior is super smooth and makes scoring look easy. She began the night keeping defenders off balance and driving to the basket scoring buckets in a hurry. Her ability to hit the deep shot shined as well helping her to drop 31 points. The Loyola commit also had great vision to find open teammates when the double team was coming.
Lily Ghere – Mattoon – 2023
Lily has great rotation on the ball and has some serious range. She moves well without the ball to get open. Her teammates look to find her as she’s one of the best shooters on the team burying four from behind the three point line.
Avery Bohnenstiehl – Triad- 2022
Avery has great size and length with the ability to step out and hit the long ball. She moves well without the ball to find open shots. In a game that was frustrating for Triad, Avery kept shooting till they finally started going down.
Olivia Durbin – Civic Memorial – 2023
Olivia is a triple threat player getting it done anywhere on the offensive end. She is nearly automatic from behind the three point arc. Her ability to move without the ball and fight through screens gives her the ability to be open a majority of time on the floor. When the deep shot wasn’t open she wasn’t afraid to take defenders off the dribble and finish strong at the basket.
Aubree Wallace – Civic Memorial – 2023
Aubree is a floor general and playmaker that has the ability to set the tempo of the game with her skills. She has great court vision constantly looking to find her open teammates with crafty dimes. The junior also isn’t afraid to put the ball on the floor and score with contact.
Kelbie Zupan Kelbie Zupan 5'5" | PG Civic Memorial | 2022 State IL – Civic Memorial – 2022
Kelbie is scrappy and aggressive as she is not afraid to drive on bigger defenders and finish with contact. The guard has great form who can score from anywhere on the floor. She has the ability to pull up off the dribble and knock it down in your face from mid-range. The senior also isn’t afraid to sacrifice her body on defense as she was all over the floor fighting for lose balls.
Claire Heinzman – Mt. Vernon – 2022
Claire has a strong build with good length. On a night when shots weren’t falling early, she stepped up time after time to hit the big shots to keep her team in the game. She uses her strong frame to get to the basket and attract contact and finish at the free throw line. Her ability to find open teammates on the drive is impressive as well.
