Pasco High School (#3 Seed) – Pasco may be a three seed, but there is not much of a sense around the state that Pasco can win a state title. These girls are on a mission to prove all doubters wrong and this chip on their shoulder could be the separator from some other programs outside of the favorites to win it all.
