Annie Ferguson Annie Ferguson 6'1" | PF Classen SAS | 2025 State OK 2025 6’0 Mustang High School, OK (Team Griffin OK PWR 2023 Aeschelman
Annie is an elite prospect who is playing up and stood out against 17U competition with her tenacity on both ends of the floor and the scrappiness in which she plays the game with. She is not afraid to crash the glass hard and come screaming in for tip ins on the offensive glass, get on the floor for loose balls at half court and showed an ability to defend wings on the perimeter. She has active feet that always allowed her to keep her opponent in front of her and allowed her length to harass ball handlers. I would like to see her develop her handle and ability to put the ball on the floor and attack the rim. She is a real threat with her back to the basket, and she will become even more dynamic if she can beat her opponent to the spot on the block off the bounce.
KaMyra Barber KaMyra Barber 5'9" | PG Wichita Heights | 2025 State KS 2025 5’11 Sunrise Christian Academy, KS (Kansas Blue Jays 2023)
KaMyra is a skilled forward with guard like skills and ability to move her feet and center like ability to protect the rim and reject shots. She is an elite defender with the perfect blend of athleticism and defensive awareness. She is the reason the team’s intense full court defense is so effective, she is always moving her feet to be a threat to trap the ball while also taking away passes in the passing lane. Her length and intensity on the floor allowed her to harass ball handlers into bad turnovers, and easy looks in the paint for Barber. I was incredibly impressed with her ability to turn defense into offense, and the ease in which she lived on the fast break. She was always a threat to score at the rim, and the defense knew it and was often too afraid to slide over to protect the rim in the full court and the half court.
Megan Shafer 2025 5’11 Cashion High School, OK (Team Buddy Buckets 2025)
Megan is a consistent big with her back to the basket who also anchors her team’s defense and protects the rim. Her ability to reject shots and force her opponents to change their shot angle really impressed me. She is aggressive on both ends of the floor and is not afraid of contact or of fouling to send a message. She consistently finished through contact at the rim, and used her length to finish over the top of her defenders. I would like to see her work on her handle and ability to attack the defense with a live dribble. She can develop into a consistent weapon out of the pick and pop, and be a threat to put the ball on the floor and attack from the high post.
Taniyah Davis 2025 5’10 Alief Taylor High School, TX (Texas Cagers Select 2024)
Taniyah is a high level forward who dominates in the paint on both ends of the floor. I was very impressed with the confidence she had in the paint, and her ability to dominate older players on the block. She possesses great length and uses it to calmly score over defenders in the paint, especially with her back to the basket. Her team has two high level forwards and her ability to play inside-out allows the two of them to dominate during their time on the court together. She is a menace on the defensive end of the floor. She is an elite weak side defender who always comes over at the right time to protect the rim. Her aggressiveness and ability to do it all in the paint certainly struck fear in her opponents hearts and made them think twice about attacking the basket. She blocked shots and even snatched the ball out of her opponents grasp on multiple occasions, and always made the right outlet passes to jump start her team’s fast break opportunities. Her work on the glass on both ends of the floor gave her team easy second chance points through her ability to box out and seal her opponents from having a chance of battling with her on the glass.
