Upward Stars 3SSB 2023 got the spring Grassroots season started this past weekend at the LBI Opening in Greenville. Head Coach RJ Booker has assembled the Upward Stars program this season. The program will play on the Adidas 3SSB brand this season.

Stack is ranked #2 here in the 2023 Palmetto State. Riley is a very versatile forward who can play-inside out on the floor. She averaged 17.2 ppg, 8.8 rebounds and 4.1 blocks last season for the Lady Hurricanes.

Ferguson a one-time Temple University commit is back on the board. Amiyah a left-handed guard really stuffed the stat sheet this season for the Lady Wolves. She averaged 16.6 ppg, 8.5 rebounds, 6.9 assists and 3 steals.

Trinity picked up another offer this past weekend from Delaware State University. Vance is a combo guard playing up an age group. Trinity has the ability to score the ball from all 3 levels on the floor.

Jambor made the move over from TMP. Peighton an athletic and bouncy forward is starting to reach her ceiling on the floor. Peighton plays with a mean streak down in the paint She averaged 15.9 ppg. 9.7 rebounds and 3.6 blocks this past season for the Lady Stags.

Kendahl is geared to score the ball in transition and really looks to excel in the mid-range game. Spearman a left-handed guard was able to average 21.6 ppg, 4.9 steals, 4 rebounds and 3.9 assists this past season in high school.

Chiles made the move this past season after running with A’ja Wilson Elite 2023. Hailey and [player_tooltip player_id="176202" first="<strong>Kendahl" last="Spearman</strong>"] reunited this past season in high school also for the Lady Vikings. Chiles a left-handed post player likes to play on contact and with her back to the basket. Hailey has a great set of hands down low and has the ability to really carve out space going to work. Chiles a Greenwood HS transfer averaged 17.5 ppg, 11.9 rebounds and 3.7 blocks this past season for the Lady Vikings (18-4).

Zuri helped the Lady Yellow Jackets get to the Class 4A State Championship Game this past year. Goldsberry is a bit of a slasher deluxe from the backcourt. She averaged 11.4 ppg, 3.9 rebounds and 3 assists this past season.

Nash is another piece to the puzzle on this very talented team. Alaysia a guard averaged 17.5 ppg this past season for the Lady Eagles.

Foggie really looks to go to work around the paint area when on the floor. Kimyah also picked up an offer from Delaware State University this past weekend. She will look to play extremely active and aggressive around the cup. Kimyah has no fear at all when it comes to sacrificing her body for a loose ball or a charge.
