Jayla Griffith Jayla Griffith 5'10" | PG Hickman | 2025 State MO (MO Phenom 15U-Bell): The 5’10″ guard from Hickman showcased her impressive offensive talents throughout the weekend. She’s an excellent 3-point shooter off the catch, but she can also set up defenders with shot fakes to beat them off the dribble for layups. She set up her teammates with some nifty passes and she used her length to be disruptive on the defensive end.
Malia Chievous (MO Phenom 15U-Bell): An athletic 5’10″ guard who was very impressive with her motor and the high energy that she brought to each and every possession. She’s an effective slasher off the dribble and she’s also an excellent rebounder. When she’s left open on the perimeter, she can knock down a high-arching 3-pointer. She is constantly around the ball.
Clare Williams Clare Williams 5'7" | CG Palmyra | 2025 State MO (MO Phenom 15U-Stone): A 5’8″ guard from Palmyra who plays an excellent all-around game. She is very good in the flow of the offense with how she moves the ball and her own constant movement. She can also hit the open 3-pointer. She works hard on the defensive end as she moves her feet well. She also has quick hands to create steals.
Lailah Hatcher Lailah Hatcher 5'7" | PG Link | 2025 State MO (Della Lamb 16U Gold): A 5’6″ guard from Raytown who was good at providing instant offense. She came into the game with a scorer’s mentality and I was impressed with her variety of escape moves to break down defenders off the dribble to create her own shot.
Azalia Hoover (MO Phenom 15U-Mantz): An athletic 5’9″ wing from Edwardsville High in metro east St. Louis who is a very good all-purpose player. She rebounds well and she competes hard on the defensive end. On offense, she can slash to the basket for layups and get offensive rebounds with her hustle.
Addy Potts (MO Phenom 15U-Bell): A talented 5’7 guard from Lee’s Summit North who plays with a high level energy and hustle. She keeps the floor spaced with her 3-point shooting, but she’s also aggressive on the dribble as she can knife through traffic and find the open teammate with a nice dime. Her efforts on defense is matched by her good instincts to be in the right position.
Macie McNece Macie McNece 5'7" | SG Marquette | 2025 State MO (MO Phenom 16U-Smith): A 5’7″ who plays up at the 16U level and holds her own very well. She has a nice feel for the game with the ability to shoot the ball from 3-point range.
