Tamya Hutchinson Tamya Hutchinson 5'4" | PG Hilton Head Christian | 2024 State SC – Hilton Head Christian
Hutchinson can really fill it up in the scoring column. Prep Girls Hoops first saw her play at Estill HS as a 7th grader. Tamya scored 1,591 points in her career at Estill HS before coming over to Hilton Head Christian last season. Tamya is at her best when she is in attack mode getting to the cup. She excels in the transition game when she has the ability to leak out for some cheapies. Hutchinson runs on the Grassroots Circuit with H2 Lowco.
Alexandria Bennon Alexandria Bennon 5'7" | PG Christ Church | 2024 State SC – Christ Church (pictured on front)
Bennon has a new change of address this coming season in the Upstate. Alexandria will head over to Christ Church after playing at Legacy Early College. Alexandria feels most comfortable playing out on the perimeter and knocking down shots. She should get plenty of scoring opportunities this season with the departure of several players graduating at CCES. Bennon runs with the FBC Carolina Hawks Elite 17U Parks playing up an age group.
Quinasia Abercrombie Quinasia Abercrombie 5'9" | SF Wade Hampton | 2024 State SC – Wade Hampton HS (Greenville)
Quinasia was an All-State performer from the small forward position last season for the Lady Generals. Abercrombie is a 3-level scorer on the floor. She plays a bit off the grid on the Grassroots Circuit with the SC Lady Sixers in the Upstate. Quinasia can score from the mid-range or out to perimeter with her shooting. Look for her to have a breakout season and start stirring some interest from college programs in the near future.
Jalyn Almeida Jalyn Almeida 5'3" | PG Cathedral Academy | 2024 State SC – Cathedral Academy (North Charleston)
Almedia packs a big punch in a small body. Jalyn averaged 18.8 ppg this past season for the Lady Generals. She helped her squad get to the SCISA Class 1A State Championship Game this past season before falling to Newberry Academy.
