Maycee James (KS United)- Maycee is an elite on ball defender and one of the most fierce competitors you will ever see play. Her ability to keep you in front and pick you up full court is a rare sight to see from anyone but she makes it looks easy. You don’t need to watch her long to see that she is a competitor you don’t want to mess with, just the look in her eyes and her demanding style of basketball sets the tone for the game. She’s small but when she attacks she’s looking for contact and the bucket. James can flat out shoot it and her teammates has the upmost confidence in her when doing so.
Zyanna Walker (KS United)- Zyanna is one of the most well versatile players you will see now and over the next 4 years of her collegiate career at Louisville. At her size, her skill set is unmached and she causes a lot of mismatches. At her size and with her shooting ability, she has laser beam focus and can just shoot right over you anytime she wants. If she doesn’t want the 3 ball she can just take players to the post and get to her fadeaway she loves so much. Zyanna is so physical and does a great job of playing through contact she’s tough to contain even with the help defense and physical play.
Amani Lipscomb Amani Lipscomb 5'2" | PG Houston | 2024 State TN (Maize South Mavs)- The quick guard known for her speed and being a pest on the defensive end, she has also shown her ability to distribute the ball and put her teammates in their favorite scoring spots. Amani has a mid range that has been missing in the game of basketball. She loves to get to her pull up jumper around the free throw line area and her floater right inside the paint. Lipscomb is extremely coachable and loves to be coached hard.
Emileigh Palmer (Oklahoma AO1)- Palmer is a heck of a player for this AO1 Oklahoma team. Palmer loves to throw her body into the defender to create contact and get to the free throw line. Emileigh loves to drive it hard to the rim and does it well with both hands putting herself in a good situation to get to the rim.
Addy Brown (KS United)- Brown the amazing post that can do it all showed why she was highly recruiting coming out of derby. Addy ability showed her ability to shoot the 3, post up and showed her mobility. What might’ve been the most impressive thing she showed was her motor. Brown showed she could sprint from one end of the floor to get a defensive stop to the offensive end to score the ball. Outside of her outstanding rebounding ability, she is an underrated passer that can set her up teammates for major success using herself as a decoy.
