Every player that stepped on the floor bought their A-Game. From posting up the block to scorching the nets, these players stood out from the weekend.
Julianna Frazee I 6’2 I C I 2025 I Richmond Heat 2025
Frazee was the X-factor for her Richmond Heat Team. As the tournament went along teams tried to double team her in the post. However, Frazee knows how to pass out of the double to hit her open teammates spotting up. She also knows how to extend plays with her rebounding ability. A player that gets a double-double every time she steps on the floor. In the 2 games I watched she had over 20 points and numerous rebounds. Her ability to not be stopped inside the paint led to easy scoring opportunities at the rim. A player that will be on a lot of college coaches’ radars in July.
Malia Wilcox I 5’3 I PG I 2025 I Hoop-Phi Lady Ballerz 2025
Wilcox is a high energy floor general. Her court vision and court awareness are top tier. She knows how to read the defense and rebounds well for her size. A player that is not afraid to go inside and score against the post players. Uses her quickness to her advantage as it allowed her to get plenty of points inside the paint. Knows how to score at all 3 levels.
Cameryn Ridderikhoff I 5’9 I Wing I 2025 I Richmond Heat 2025
Ridderikhoff is a special talent. I was impressed with her ability to score at all 3 levels. She made some unbelievable shots this weekend. In one game I watched she knocked down 4 triples. Her biggest asset is to take what the defense gives her. Always ready to catch and shoot. Knows how to pass to her post and relocate for the kick out. A play maker that wants to score. An exciting player to watch.
Cheyenne Ashworth I 5’9 I SF I 2025 I Wood Elite 2025
Ashworth is a player with a high basketball IQ. She knows how to work the high low to perfection whether she is the high post or low post. A player that uses her body to position in the paint for some easy buckets at the rim. Runs the floor well in transition and is always looking for the ball in scoring position. Great post passer and her teammates know to spot up when she gets the ball in the post.
Brittany Campbell Brittany Campbell 5'7" | PG Madison Central | 2025 State KY I 5’6 I SG I 2025 I Richmond Heat 2025
Campbell shot lights out during the tournament. A player that knows how to get open to get her shot off. A quick release and not much space needed to knock down the triple. When she was ran off the 3 point line, she showed her ability to hit the mid-range shot. Tough hard-nosed guard that plays scrappy defense as well. Runs the floor well in transition and always in a scoring mindset. She scored in double figures all weekend which helped her team to the 15U championship.
