Amyah Maxwell Amyah Maxwell 5’10” | PF Frederick Douglass | 2025 State KY was unstoppable at the Adidas Chapter 1 event in Bryan, Texas this past weekend. The 5’10 forward showed off her versatility and ability to get a bucket from all three levels. She knocked down 3’s, showed touch on the mid-range jumper, and scored very well in the low post displaying impeccable footwork. Amyah also made her presence felt on the glass, hustled hard on the defensive end and came up with steals that led to fast break scoring opportunities.

Kadence Livers Kadence Livers 5’7″ | CG Bardstown | 2025 State KY had a great weekend overall playing for Kentuckiana Hoops 2025 at The Clash in Hamilton, Ohio. She stood out amongst some very talented players and played against top-tier competition. Kadence shot the lights out from three, played under control, and picked her spots well to score on offense. She also showed that she is a defensive stopper and came up with a ton of steals. Her best performance came against Tennessee Platinum in the 3rd game of the event. Kadence put on a shooting clinic from deep and dropped a team-high 23 points, went 7-10 from three and had a team-leading 3 steals as well.

23 points, 7/10 from three, and 3 steals against Tennessee Platinum
22 points, 6/9 from three, 3 rebounds against Team 419
Highlights
WV Thunder 15U Johnson went 5-0 this past weekend at the UAA Session 1 in Manheim, PA. One of the top guards in the state Maggie Simons Maggie Simons 5’9″ | CG Nicholas County | 2027 State KY continues to show why she is so highly regarded in Kentucky and beyond. Maggie shot very well from long distance, made a great effort to rebound the ball, and did a good job putting her teammates in position to score with her timely passes.

Highlights
Brynli Pernell Brynli Pernell 5’5″ | CG Simon Kenton | 2027 State KY had a great experience during the live period and made the most of her opportunity to make an impression on college coaches. Brynli was a big reason for Next Level 2027 going 4-1 at the Clash. She played lockdown defense, shot the ball very well from the perimeter, and had multiple 20 point games.
Jaelyn Dye Jaelyn Dye 5’7″ | CG Southwestern | 2027 State KY played with ice in her veins at the Boo Williams, showing that she is a fierce competitor, and no moment is too big for her. She did a fantastic job penetrating the defense to either kick it out to an open teammate or finish strong in the paint. She also made several triples, and displayed a nice left-hand shooting stroke. Jaelyn had multiple buzzer beaters during the tournament and hit a big 3-pointer to send a game into overtime.

Highlights
Kaytlin Arnold Kaytlin Arnold 5’7″ | PG Cartersville | 2026 State GA is a name you need to know coming out Cartersville, GA. She suited up for the Southeast United Elite McGraw at the Apache Memorial this past weekend. She competed against elite competition and held her own against players with Power 5 offers. When Geno Auriemma is in attendance you know their is some big time talent on the court. “KK” was very effective off the dribble, and thrived off of points in transition. She also showed a nice shooting touch from beyond the arc, and the ability to stop and pop from the mid-range. She also made an impact on defense by using active hands to get deflections, and create turnovers.

Payton Rollins was incredible at the Apache Memorial last weekend. She really put her big-time scoring ability on display by hitting shots from downtown and from the mid-range, Payton also made an impact on the defensive end, crashed the boards, and distributed the ball well making sure to get others involved.
