I DO NOT write what I don’t see, it is VITAL to not listen to people who don’t know what they’re talking about but here’s an easy one, be where I am so I can see you, it’s SIMple, and you can always find where I am right here

Taylor Hicks-6’1 PF (Competitive Edge 2023)
Hicks uses her power quite well on the inside and I’ve watched her get after it against some of the top upperclassmen in the state. She won’t back down, she goes after everything off the rim and she finishes with players literally hanging on her back. Two extras that will be huge, she is scoring from the midrange consistently and she is also attacking the basket from the wing
Addisyn Bolinger-5’11 SG (Cy Fair Elite 16U WTX)
Bollinger falls into several categories but the most important one is”college coaches love big guards that can shoot” and so do I, but I’m not giving scholarships. I knew she could shoot from seeing her previously yet she has added mass and is finishing strongly both off the dribble as well as on putbacks, yes she rebounds on both ends. She also did a good job on both interior defense as well as outside the paint
Presley Powell-5’10 PF (Lady Jets Elite 16U Lewis)
Powell has made a huge jump and her confidence is really showing as she understands “she is in the mix” but she can play multiple positions, 2, 3, and 4, which speaks of her versatility because she’s dropping the jumper from multiple spots as well as going after everything off the rim and scoring after the offensive rebound. She attacks the basket strongly and finishes the same way but she also plays the passing lane
Natalia Jordan- 5’8 PG (Pro Skills 15U OG)
Jordan is from a very talented family and with the numerous sisters she’s had a chance to watch, she’s also showing what she learned on the court. She’s long and athletic, her first step can leave the defender cemented but alas, that FLOATA is pretty impressive at this stage. I also love how she creates her shot under pressure and when you can knock the jumper down consistently, that opens up other doors
Yameen Schmidt-6’0 SG (SA Finest Ki Will)
Schmidt also falls into that “college coaches love big guards that can shoot” category and watching her create and release is something to see. She knocks it down from mid to long-range with a hand in her face, that’s no surprise to me but she’s attacking from countless angles, I stopped counting, and finished after the lick. Her length and timing also help on defense as she blocks, deflects, and or (alters) shots
Honorable Mention
Sophia Rodriguez-5’6 PG (Houston United Bobby)
Maya Thompson-5’9 PG (Pro Skills 15U OG)
Gianna Jordan-5’7 PG (Pro Skills 15U OG)
Madison Crawford- 5’3 PG (Pro Skills 15U OG)
Jaclyn Silva-5’3 PG (Pro Skills 15U OG)
Chanel Schuler- 6’3 PF (Texas U GUAA 16U)
