Sariah Johnson Sariah Johnson 5'9" | SF Dr.Phillips | 2025 State FL SF, 5’9″ (J Sizzle 2025) Johnson is so athletic and a great basketball player as well. Her basketball IQ and understanding of how to score are “off the charts.” If there was anyone more talented on the offensive end, I didn’t get a chance to see them. Johnson can get her shot off at any time she wants to. Johnson played primarily on the free-throw line and on the blocks with her back to the basket. At 5’9 she plays the position as if she is 6’4″. Johnson can handle the ball and play on the wing as well. She is so polished on the offensive end, she is able to get off any shot she wants to. She is masterful at tracking her own shots and is able to get her own rebound before the defense can react. Johnson can draw fouls with the best of them and knows how to get to the free-throw line. She is also an excellent passer from on the blocks. She often draws double teams and is excellent at creating open jumpers for her teammates. She was one of the top offensive players at Battle in the Boro.
Mia Heredia Mia Heredia 5'6" | CG Dr Phillips | 2025 FL 5’6 G 2025 ( J Sizzles 2025). I really liked the speed of Heredia. Defensively, she is an in-your-face stopper and has great lateral movement. She also has great speed and keeps ball handlers from getting behind her. At Boro, she was really impressive with her communication skills on the court. She constantly talked to her teammates and made sure everyone was in the right position. During a stretch in the game, Heredia’s defense and speed stood out. She made a key steal, went coast to coast, missed the layup, stole the ball from the rebounder, drew a foul, and went to the free-throw line. Heredia also rebounded well from the guard position as her quickness allows her to beat others to the ball. Offensively, she has the ability to beat defenders off of the dribble.
Daya Shelton Daya Shelton 5'9" | SF Lake Mary | 2025 State FL 5’9″ SG (J Sizzles 2025). Shooters shoot and that’s what Shelton is not afraid to do. Her shot at the end of a half in one game was a thing of beauty. In one of her games. she caught the ball as time was expiring, gave the defender a head fake, and knocked down a three-pointer. Her willingness to take the crucial shot was impressive and she made good decisions when shooting. Nothing was ever forced and she clearly understands her role on the team. She did a good job of shooting the three, handling the ball, and making good passes while under pressure.
Aubrey Satterfield Aubrey Satterfield 5'8" | SG West Orange | 2026 State FL 5’8″ G 2026 (J Sizzles 2025) With some of the best handles around, Satterfield was at her best down the stretch in the game versus Lady Magic. She handled the ball well, passed it well, and made some crucial baskets. Satterfield can score at all levels but was really comfortable getting in the paint. The talented point guard hasn’t even entered 9th grade and is already poised as a veteran at the end of close games. The moment didn’t seem too big for her. Satterfield is a clutch player who makes plays and also makes her teammates better as well.
Senaia Asanya 6’0 C 2026 (J Sizzles 2025). Was steady in the paint throughout the game. Asanya really did well communicating with teammates and making sure everyone was solid on their assignments. Down the stretch of a close game, the soon-to-be Freshman asserted herself and scored 2 baskets and blocked a few shots in the paint. As a Freshman, she was also heavily involved down the stretch when her team was running some clock off. To be involved during that phase of the game spoke volumes about her coach and teammate’s trust in her abilities.
