Fall League Action: Bullis vs RBS

Several players seen before were able to crank it up to another level and where very impressive. She had players bouncing off of her as she attacked the basket in transition. She is fast and can handle the ball well. She had some nice finishes at rime level. She played fast but stayed under control. She is okay putting the ball on the floor as she gets the board and pushes it on her own. She is very effective with the ball getting to the basket. At times she looked to force things as her team was trying to come from behind. As she learns to pick her spots and allow the game to flow she will be a huge impact player at the high school and eventually college level.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='319252' first='Janiya' last='Ennis'] l 5-2 l Point Guard l Riverdale Baptist l 2024</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Janiya was an impressive surprise showing off her trick dribbles and vision at the point. She had the most impressive play of the day as she froze two defenders in the lane and went around them for an easy layup.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Yanessa Boyd l 5-8 l Guard l Riverdale Baptist l 2024</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:image {"id":507936,"width":400,"sizeSlug":"large","linkDestination":"none"} --> <figure class="wp-block-image size-large is-resized"><img src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/pgh/uploads/2022/09/5I5A0713.jpg" alt="" class="wp-image-507936" width="400"/></figure> <!-- /wp:image --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>In a roll reversal with her sister, Yanessa had some nice moves in the lane and was able to create openings to get her shots off and finish against multiple taller defenders.
