Her ability to shoot the 3 with or without a hand in her face sets her apart from the rest and helped her stand out. Don't forget about her defensively, her active hands when defending on ball helps her get 2 steals a game and get out in transition to finish off the fast break.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='231285' first='Addie' last='Kirmer']- Kirmer ability to turn the corner and get down hill is impressive to watch. When the defense applies pressure on her she has great pace and poise to make that elite hesitation move and go finish at the rim. Addie has shown shes an elite finisher no matter who is at the rim with the left hand hook or right hand finish. When the help side rotates over, she has shown she can shoot the floater over the defenders. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='344788' first='Rylee' last='Dick']- Fearless as they come when you think of Rylee. Her competitive spirit allows her to attack the bigs and attack them right at their chest getting the and one. Good pass, bad pass it doesn't matter just get her the ball and call it good because she will knock it down! After she drain the 3 shes not done she will immediately pickup full court on defense and turn you every dribble until you turn it over. Playing hard is a skill now and Rylee doesn't lack any of it.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='94955' first='Carli' last='Carlson']- What stands out to me about Carlson is that she plays much older than she appears. Her court vision and ability to thread the needle pass is beyond impressive and you can tell her teammates love playing with her. Want to know how good someone is? check to see if they make the players around them better. Carli does just that when shes on the court no matter who shes playing with. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='450344' first='Ava' last='Baker']- The most underrated and under appreciated attribute might be Ava athletic ability. The way she snags rebounds out the air like no one else or chase down blocks at that wing spot might get overlooked sometimes. Her value to the game is huge and shes consistently doing the little things to put her team in a position to win. Most coaches hate the jump pass but Baker shows you how its done. Ava jumps in the air for a lay up then wraps a pass around the defender to her teammate for the easy lay up. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
