A smooth forward who can play back to the basket, or face up. Eshoo has all the tangibles you need in a stretch post. High IQ, a calm demeanor and a motor thats strong on both sides of the court. Eshoo has the ball handling and off the ball skills to play multiple positions. Defensively her length and awareness are key to her strong defensive presence.
A programs perfect combo guard. Washington has the tools to be the dominant scorer, the vision to be a consistent facilitator, and the energy and the motor to put more pressure on the defense.. by being aggressive on the boards. On the defensive side, she’s just as impactful.
The difference at the next level is the discipline to be in GAME shape.. and Norkus is just that. Her stamina level is high, her energy has no off button, and her aggression is consistent. She can score in a multitude of ways, while also having the motor and will to guard multiple positions.
Making a name for herself as one the top on ball defenders in the area, Ashley has added more tools to her skillset in the past year to fill a need at her program. She can score the ball at the rim, knockdown the mid and the three.. efficiently. A strong two way guard with tons of potential.
A wing who plays much taller than she is. Ward came into Carmel being the focal point on her previous team, to now playing a different role. She’s adjusting her game, but still has high potential of going off if the situation calls for it. She can score at a high rate, defend with discipline and can run and make plays in the open court.
A top shooter and defender in the state. Sipla’s length allows her to impact the game in almost every way. High motor, catch and shoot ability, vision on and off the ball, and a defensive attitude and aggression that is shown on the ball and the boards.
Highlights
Stack is a three level scorer who can just bully her opponent. She has a strong footwork, a keen eye for open teammates, and the strength and size to battle with bigs in the post. Defensively, she’s locked in on the perimeter and a strong security blanket in the paint.
A mobile post who has expanded her game to the arc, and putting the ball on the floor in the open court. Molly is starting to come into her own as not just as a dominant positional/class player, but as an overall talent. Her post game is strong, her awareness is high, and she can play whatever role is needed of her.
One of the best shooters in the state. Grace has the D1 frame.. mixed with the D1 scoring ability. She can defend multiple positions, be the vocal leader, shoot efficiently, drive and kick, you name it.. she’ll get it done. A program necessity.
Scully is a hybrid and versatile type of talent. She’s a strong guard who can play inside/outside, defend 1-5, and make plays with or without the ball in her hand. She can run the show, or play a needed a role. The skillset she has is extensive and can adapt to whatever is needed.
Built perfect for the stretch post position. Though she’s more of a catch and drive, rather than shoot.. Austin can cause problems for her defenders on every possession. Wether its draining her matchup in the post from being aggressive on gaining a position, attacking the boards, or setting solid screens using her strength. Her skillset is impactful on both sides of the ball.
The constant increase of Wilson’s skill has been put on show all summer and still in HS ball. She’s a plug and play player who does all the necessary things for the team and the win. She finishes fast break layups, makes free throws, and defends the perimeter with the best of them. Lots of potential.
At all levels Dray puts pressure on the defense with her constant aggression. She can score around the rim, sink the long ball, and guard 1-3 with grit and focus. The playmaking skills are evident as well. Lots of IQ and awareness. She’s athletic and versatile.. and will adapt to any situation needed on the court.
Active on the boards, and simply just gets the job done. She makes the smart plays, and does whatever the team needs to win. She score around the rim or 10-15 feet out. A double double on a nightly basis type of talent.
One of the best rebounders in the state. Klatt can grab more boards than an entires team worth.. that truly speaks to her hustle and motor. 100% effort in every game. She’s a versatile defender and a problem in the post on the offensive side. A walking double double.
