Molly is beyond a mismatch in the paint, but now that she has the confidence to take the 3 ball.. the game seems to be slowing up for her. That type of skill set allows you to pick your battles, and find multiple ways to impact the game.

Making her way into the top 10.. Molly has progressed at such an alarming rate that probably has gone unnoticed. When a majority of players start to get a bulk of offers come in.. they tend to slow up on the work. Not Molly. She has added so much to her game in such short amount of time.. maybe those skills have been there and they’re just own show now.. nevertheless she’s a stretch 5.. that can legitimately score from the arc to the block. Her role in Barrington success this year was evident, and she will continue that same type of dominance for the famed Wolverinas ‘ last=”]’ last=”] ball club this circuit season.

The progression and the off season work has come together for Molly O. She’s expanding her skillset and its showing. She’s taking and making the three ball with confidence, her handles in the open court are progressing and the passing is becoming more pinpoint. With nothing but time to attach more and sharpen more.. O’Riordan is on her way to being one of the top post players in the state.

Molly is starting to come into her own as not just as a dominant positional/class player, but as an overall talent. Her post game is strong, her awareness is high, and she can play whatever role is needed of her.

O’Riordan’s progression within the last year has been something to take notice of. She’s added more layers to her game, and her confidence has taken a huge leap as well. Molly can push the break, shoot the 3 ball, and still be classic and work you in the post. Her transition from classic post player to the new age stretch post has been smooth and rapid. Barrington will be back as one of the top teams, and Molly’s role is a important one.

Moving up to Number 16 in the Class of 2024 Rankings, O’Riordan deserves this jump as much as anyone with her standout play on a team with several High Major players. Molly is very solid in the post with her ball skills and rebounding, but the development in her jump shot and perimeter play makes her one of the top Forwards in her Class.
