Sipla is the 3&D player that every program needs. Her length makes her dangerous on both sides of the court and she doesn’t seem to run out of gas, which makes her productivity even higher. A competitive fire mixed with a low maintained attitude makes for a perfect piece to a successful program.

The most exciting game this weekend I witnessed was Full Package Black 2024 Vs Mac Irvin Fire 2024 – 1. A game that was loaded with over 10-12 players with D1 talent, if not more. It was an exciting one. Both teams battled and had stretches of good and bad throughout the contest, with Mac Irvin coming out on top by 1 point in the end. One of the most intriguing players in the match up was Reagan Sipla Reagan Sipla 6'1" | SG St. Charles North | 2024 State IL . Sipla is a lengthy shooting guard who is not afraid to let it fly from deep. When I say deep, I mean that as soon as she steps out of the car in the parking lot she is in her range. She has a decent handle and can put it on the ground if need be, to get out of sticky situations. Along with this she has great size to be a difference maker on the defensive end of the floor. She can switch and stay with a smaller guard or even play up and impact shots in the post, if that’s what her team needs her to do. In the game I watched, Sipla did a lot of good things to help her team out. Efficient player with solid talent across a few different aspects of the game.

After a slow first quarter start against a tough Bolingbrook team, Sipla caught fire and helped St. Charles North fight back and keep the game competitive. She is a 6’1” Shooting Guard who uses her length to shoot over defenders from beyond the three-point line and has the unwavering confidence all great shooters possess. Reagan is a valuable asset on the defensive end, giving great versatility with her length and athleticism to guard multiple positions effectively.

A top shooter and defender in the state. Sipla’s length allows her to impact the game in almost every way. High motor, catch and shoot ability, vision on and off the ball, and a defensive attitude and aggression that is shown on the ball and the boards.

Rising to Number 12 in the Class of 2024 Rankings, Sipla has become an incredibly impactful player on both offense and defense. She is a high-level shooter from beyond the three-point line who can also score in the lane with her ball skills and finishing abilities. Defensively, Reagan’s length, athleticism, and high basketball IQ allow coaches to play her in various positions to help the team be successful.
