Love her intensity and energy with the ball, has good range and can play physical. Newcomer to the lineup is 2025 Mykaila Ramsey, a 5-9 guard who handles the ball well and is continuing to gain confidence as she continues to expand her game. She will be a key asset this season for the Irish.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Greenon</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Knights bring back a lot of talent, led by [player_tooltip player_id='521310' first='Abby' last='West'], a 5-11 2023 <em>(feature photo above) </em>who is a very skilled guard/wing who can score in all three phases of the game. Very good perimeter scorer and can take it to the rim. Smart player with a high basketball IQ. [player_tooltip player_id='362299' first='Claire' last='Henry'] is a 5-8 2023 with a lot of experience and a solid skill set. Can create and does a good job on the boards. Led the conference in steals last year and second in assists. [player_tooltip player_id='895205' first='Sarah' last='Riley'] is a 5-6 2025 who really blossomed last season as a freshman. She is a solid guard who is a good on-ball defender with quick hands. Another good leader. They return their top five scorers so experience won't be a problem. Olivia Skillings is a 5-7 2024 who has an excellent perimeter game and can get her shot off quickly. Able to get to the rim and score through contact. Good handles and can create. Addie DeLong is a 5-7 2024 who also returns as a player who can defend and is a steady guard who can distribute and defend. Ella Forrest also returns (5-9 2024) along with Dani Schipfer a 5-10 2023. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Fairbanks</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>They have 3 outstanding seniors who all averaged in double figures last season and look to battle with the reigning division champs from Mechanicsburg for a shot at the title. Elaina Lahmers is a 5-5 2023 who does an excellent job in the paint for her size and finishes well. Can get to the rim with either hand. She also isa solid perimeter threat. Macy Miller is a 5-10 2023 who is long and athletic and loves to run the floor, She also can score from the arc. Another key player returning player is [player_tooltip player_id='315018' first='Carly' last='Lehman'], a 5-8 2023 combo guard who is very effective from the perimeter, quick pullup and can shoot well off the pass. Chaley Wade is a 5-9 2024 who is their leading scorer returning at less than 10 points per game as they are usually a balanced team. Megan Hollar is a 5-4 2024 point guard who us a floor general, smart with a good basketball IQ who comes from a basketball family.
