Still one of the top guards in the state, Carlson has shown the season that she’s able to score at a high clip when needed. A three-level scorer with the same amount of aggression on the opposite side of the ball. Brooke makes the little plays as well.. diving on the floor for loose balls, attacking the pain for rebounds, or sprinting towards long rebounds. She just wants to win more than anyone else on the court.
A sniper from the arc. Alesia’s skill set will allow her to flourish in any type of offense. She does every little thing that impacts the game. Active on the boards, disciplined on the defense, and offensively she has no agenda. She plays the game for her teammates first, and her self last. A coachable and plug and play type of player.
The attention towards Ward isn’t where it should be, and this kid does everything you need of a player. A three level scorer who seems to play with a chip on her shoulder. Ward has all the right tools to score within any type of offense, and the versatility to defend 1-3. She’s lengthy, smooth and never plays out of her self. A strong addition to any program.
An aggressive guard who needs to be guarded the moment she steps pass half court. Her ability to shoot whenever, on whoever is always a sight to see. She has the athleticism and the versatility to be a top tier slasher and defender. The craftiness and confidence she plays with are another set of skills that can’t be overlooked.
Trella has shown on multiple occasions what type of threat she is. Active on the boards, and soft touch around the rim. Trella does exactly what you need out of her. She can score when needed, play without the ball and protect and be active in the paint.. she can stuff a stat box. She has the ability to walk out of every game with a double-double.
An aggressive scorer who has no fear the moment she walks on the court. At all three levels Starks is a lot to handle. She plays with great pace, tempo and confidence. A wide ranged skillset, that will translate at the next level due to her playing with other strong players and learning how to adapt.
Palmer is one of my favorite players to watch. She seems to just play whatever role is needed of her without complaints. She can score at all levels, defend multiple positions, and still conserve enough energy to do all the little and important things that most players wouldn’t do.
Simple skillset… but it gets the job done. Crafty around the rim, patient on the perimeter, and the ability to let it loose from far behind the arc. Gracen is what you need out of a combo guard. She’s not afraid to hit the paint and grab boards over defenders, and she’s definitely not afraid to take on the challenge of guarding the best player if needed. She plays just as well with the ball, as she does without.
Highlights
Keira Hunt
Keira Hunt
A combo guard who can slide into system and figure out what the team needs and adapt. She knows what routes to take to get open.. and when she does its a knockdown three. She’s active on the boards, she makes plays when needed, and can switch from 1-2 at any moment.
Destiny McNair
Destiny McNair
McNair has the length, aggression and arc shooting ability to bring impact to a college program immediately. She can knockdown the long ball, defend 1-3 and still put up solid numbers when her scoring ability is called for. She plays the game with an attitude of “get the win and go home”. A solid and positive pickup for a program.
A slashing type of guard who has the shooting ability and cutting ability to play with any type of teammate. Mags seems to find her way to the ball, even without a play being called for her. If the offense isn’t falling, then you can be sure her defense is on point. She has an aggressive switch that can benefit a program immediately.
