- McDonogh- (21-2) The defending A conference champs have reclaimed the top spot. Seniors Makaela Quimby Makaela Quimby 5'9" | SG McDonogh | 2023 State MD , Anaiah Jenkins Anaiah Jenkins 6'0" | PF McDonogh | 2023 State MD and Paris Locke Paris Locke 5'11" | SF McDonogh | 2023 State MD look like they are trying to end their careers in style with another title.
- St. Frances- (22-3). The Panthers split with McDonogh and grabbed good wins over Mt. Zion and Glen Burnie.
- Poly- (19-2)- The Engineers took a bad loss at McDonogh but have been up to the challenge against everyone else. Seniors Da’Brya Clark Da’Brya Clark 5'8" | SG Baltimore Poly | 2023 State MD and Trinity Massenburg Trinity Massenburg 6'1" | PF Baltimore Poly | 2023 State MD have led the way.
- St. Vincent Pallotti- (14-6) The Panthers have been up and down lately, but they played a tough schedule and looked good against a strong Howard team.
- Howard- (19-1) The Lions are still dominating Howard County where they haven’t lost a game in like 4 years. Senior guards Gabby Kennerly and Samiyah Nasir are leading the charge with sophomore Meghan Yarnevich Meghan Yarnevich 6'2" | C Bullis | 2025 State MD doing the heavy lifting inside.
- St. Mary’s (24-0) The only undefeated team in the area has dominated their competition. Freshman Bailey Harris Bailey Harris 5'10" | CG St. Mary's | 2026 State MD and junior Bailey Walden are one of the top duos in the area.
- Mercy- (16-8) Sophomore Milan Brown Milan Brown 5'9" | CG Mercy | 2025 State MD and junior Myah Hazelton Myah Hazelton 6'4" | PF Sparrows Point | 2024 State MD seem to have righted the ship down the stretch as Mercy has performed better and picked up a good win over Pallotti.
- Glen Burnie- (16-2) The Gophers look like a real threat in 4A with their two losses coming against St. Frances and Mercy. Senior Amourie Porter Amourie Porter 5'10" | CG Glen Burnie | 2023 State MD is a legit player of the year candidate and they have dominated Anne Arundel County.
- St. Timothy’s (15-3) Senior Aryss Macktoon Aryss Macktoon 5'11" | SF St. Timothy's | 2023 State MD has put up player of the year numbers while leading St. Tim’s to a surprising record against fairly tough competition.
- River Hill- (16-4) Freshman Camille Nesmith Camille Nesmith 6'2" | C River Hill | 2026 State MD and sophomore Dylan Watkins have been impressive for Howard county’s second-best team. They could be a problem in the playoffs.
- Pikesville- (16-5) The Panthers have rallied in the second half of the season with wins over Hereford and Loch Raven.
- Forest Park- (14-3) The Forresters are setting up for a run through 1A. Junior center Aniya Campbell Aniya Campbell 5'7" | CG Western | 2024 State MD sets the tone for what they do.
- Western – (14-4) The Doves have quietly put together a solid season. With major losses in the backcourt they still played a tough schedule.
- Gerstell Academy- (17-4) The Falcons finished strong down the stretch and have an opportunity to advance in the IAAM playoffs.
- Loch Raven- (17-1) The Raiders turned in one of their best seasons in years. They have a real shot to make some noise in 1A.
