No. 21: Alyssa Craigwell Alyssa Craigwell 5'9" | SF Secaucus | 2024 State NJ – 5-9 SF, Secaucus
Last season, we saw just how good Craigwell was for Secaucus, nearly averaging a double-double while being a dominant force on the court. This season, she’s doing the same thing at a higher level, averaging 18.4 PPG and 8.8 RPG for the Patriots along with over a block a game and just a shade under four steals a game.
No. 22: Jackie Schels Jackie Schels 5'10" | SF Wallkill Valley | 2024 State NJ – 6-0 PF, Wallkill Valley
Schels was recently featured as one of PGH NJ’s Performances of the Week with a strong double-double performance, something we’ve gotten plenty used to seeing from her during her high school career. She’s easily averaging a double-double this season while shooting around 75 percent on free throws, 4.8 APG, 3 BPG and 3.3 SPG as a junior.
No. 23: Kahmiyah Napier Kahmiyah Napier PG Newark Eastside | 2024 State NJ – 5-9 PG/SG, Newark East Side
At certain points in one’s career, you begin to think if they can get any better if they’ve reached their peak and for Napier, she’s only getting better and getting better quickly. Averaging 16.6/8.8/4.1 for East Side this season, she’s been fantastic and let’s not forget her 2 blocks a game and just over five steals a game, and we’re 20 games into the season.
No. 24: Amanda Baylock Amanda Baylock 5'6" | PG Scotch Plains-Fanwood | 2024 State NJ – 5-6 PG, Scotch Plains-Fanwood
Baylock has turned on the offensive switch in her game this season in a big way, averaging over 22 points a game for Scotch Plains-Fanwood. While her rebounds and assists per game might be down from last season, she’s hit nearly three 3-pointers a game and her defense has improved tremendously, recording more than 4.1 steals a game as a junior.
No. 25: Chloe Vasquez Chloe Vasquez 5'10" | PF Pequannock | 2024 State NJ – 5-10 SF/SG, Pequannock
Vasquez just reached the 1000 point plateau for Pequannock this week and has been one of the better tall guards we’ve seen in the region since beginning her career. That height and size benefits her in a big way on the floor and we’ve seen those progressions come with her three-point shooting and ability to cause turnovers on defense.
No. 26: Dagny Slomack Dagny Slomack 5'5" | SG Newark Academy | 2024 State NJ – 5-5 SG, Newark Academy
Slomack has progressed in her game similarly to others on this list and with her averaging 17 PPG, 5.0 SPG, and 2.2 made three-pointers a game for Newark Academy, she’s been incredibly effective in a number of different facets of the game. She can score, she can defend and she can run any team off the floor with her speed.
No. 27: Angelina Zagone Angelina Zagone 5'9" | SF Gateway | 2024 State NJ – SF, Gateway
Zagone is a special talent hiding in South Jersey and her 48-point performance against Lindenwold and two subsequent 30-point performances for Gateway should tell you all you need to know about how dominant she’s been. Already a member of the 1,000 point club, Zagone is averaging a career-high 20.8 PPG this season for the Gators.
No. 28: Eli Clark Eli Clark 5'8" | PG Ocean Township | 2024 State NJ – 5-8 PG, Ocean Township
Clark is in the midst of a career season for her at Ocean Township, something that I think we’ve ben waiting for her to have, but she’s really produced at a high clip. A great three-point shooter, a fantastic overall scorer and a great facilitator, she’s continued to be an all-around guard while being such a stellar defender for the Trojans.
No. 29: Zoe Boston Zoe Boston 6'1" | SF Roselle | 2024 State NJ – 6-1 SF, Roselle
Boston, despite her ranking in our list, is a relatively underrated forward in New Jersey, but she has at least 15 double-doubles this season for Roselle, not to mention around two blocks a game and two steals a game. She’s averaging 19/11.1 so far, both easily career-highs for her, and the sky is truly the limit.
No. 30: Kaci Mikulski Kaci Mikulski 5'8" | CG Wildwood Catholic Academy | 2024 State NJ – 5-8 CG, Wildwood Catholic
Mikulski rounds out our top 30 prospects and what a way to round out the top 30 with one of the best shooters and pure scorers in South Jersey. Averaging a career-high 14.7 PPG and 2.3 made three-pointers a game in 23 games as a junior, Mikulski has built herself up more as a presence in the lane and as a facilitator, doing her best to round out her game.
