Okanogan finished 2nd and were carried to the championship game by a 2026 guard. Mabton has a roster full of 2025 and ”26 players. Napavine has one of the best shooters in the 2B Class of 2026, and Adna has one in the 2025 class. Here are some of those freshman and sophomore players who will be back next season on teams that will be a good bet to be in Spokane once again.
She started the tournament with 16 points in the opening round of 12 win over Liberty. She hit 4 threes on 8 attempts in that one She went for 18 points in the loser-out game vs Adna. A great shooter who started in the 8th grade. She has the potential to be a great player for a young Mabton team for the next three years.
She was a big part of the success of Mabton this season as one of the top shooters and scorers all season long. She had a 23-point, 13-rebound, 6-assist performance in the quarterfinal loss to Okanagan at the state tournament. She had 12 points in the opening-round win over Liberty and finished with 7 points in a loss to Adna. These young guards are interchangeable and can both shoot it well. Mabton should be back in Spokane next season.

The Central 2B all-league pick was a big piece of Adna’s scoring as a threat from the outside. She had 11 points on 4-7 from downtown in the trophy round where Adna placed 6th. She hit 2 of 3 from three in the quarterfinal loss to Napavine. She followed with 13 points to help get Adna to the trophy round.
She had 14 points and 7 rebounds in the trophy round where Napavine finished 5th. She had 9 points and 7 rebounds in the quarterfinals vs Adna. A three-point shooting guard with length, she hit two threes in each of her three games in Spokane. She finished the tournament averaging 10 points and nearly 7 rebounds a game. She can shoot from anywhere and her size gives her versatility. Napavine only had two seniors and is a good bet to be back in Spokane next season.
Highlights
She provided some great scoring and shooting for Colfax on their way to a state championship. Brynn McGaughy Brynn McGaughy 6’2″ | SF Colfax | 2025 State WA is the best player in 2B, and is also just a sophomore. Demler is a 5’11” wing and Mcgaughy is 6’2″, giving Colfax a couple of sophomores who have a lot of size and versatility in their game. They both had 19 points in the title game, with Demler hitting all four of her threes. They can both shoot from distance and Mcgaughy can do it all. She is one of the best players in the state.
She is not only one of the best freshmen in 2B but also in the state. She is tough to stop with her combination of shooting and getting to the basket. She was huge in getting Okanogan into the title game with 23 points in a semi-final win over Napavine. opened the tournament with 25 points in the win over Mabton. She was a combined 11-16 from three in those two games. She cooled off in the championship game but still had 10 points and was instrumental in keeping Okanogan in the game as one of the primary ball-handling guards.
