Grassroots Preview: Coastal Select 2024

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>When the final buzzers sounded on the 2022-23 season, the offseason may have commenced for many Palmetto State high school basketball fans. For the players and coaches themselves, that is another story.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Another exciting season has now transitioned to what is sure to be another exciting season on the travel trail.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>We at Prep Girls Hoops are just getting started with our extensive coverage of the 2023 AAU season. Among the many squads that will be taking to the court over the next few months is Coastal Select 2024. Those include this talented standout from the Generals who was integral in the team claiming a 2A SCISA championship.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Julie DeSouza</strong> – DeSouza is one of three from Cathedral Academy on this year's roster. She was integral in the Generals' win over Beaufort Academy with 22 points – including 14 in the first quarter.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='758061' first='Marissa' last='Bulford']</strong> – Bulford completed her first season with the Panthers in 2022-23.
