Final Score: Etiwanda HS 69 vs. Archbishop Mitty 67
First we want to say congratulations to Coach Stan Delus for winning the State Championship and representing Riverside County from California and holding it down in a tough area where there are major schools coming out of the ranks and are seriously hard to beat. We have watched him put in the work, coaching year round to get his team in shape and dedicating his time and effort to make these girls proficient in this game. He has been dedicated over 20+ years and he and I go back to when he was coaching at Canyon Country girls basketball. Congrats Stan Delus, you have paid your dues and have earned this achievement for you and your family.

has been and always be one of the toughest kids in the game, anytime she plays this game she loves so much, she had a great game with 30 points, 13 rebounds, 6 steals and 4 blocks to win the California Open Division Championship game and be named the MVP of the game as well. She knows how to use her body, she knows how to play the game with a high IQ and she can score the ball in many variety of ways, this girl is the truth in our opinion.

is a great point guard in our opinion, she is a young lead guard with so much potential it is ridiculous. She plays the game with a high IQ, she can pass it, she can drive it, she can shoot it and she can defend as well, this kid is gonna be a special player at the next level. She plays so much bigger than her height, she can get her shot off over anyone and then also break you down and get into the lane for a floater or a nice dime to a teammate for a score. She ended the game with 14 points, 4 assists an 4 rebounds...
Arryn Finley put in some work for Etiwanda in the Championship game as well, she ended the game with 8 points and 3 rebounds. Arryn did what she needed to do for her team to help them get the win, she scored those 8 points in the game when it was called upon her to do so, we like her hard work and dedication to the game, specially for a freshman to perform that way in a championship game.
Arch Bishop Mitty Player Performances:
Morgan Cheli Morgan Cheli 6’2″ | PG Arch Bishop Mitty | 2024 State CA was amazing this game, she put in major work this game, she ended the game with 24 points on (7-13), she made (10-11) freethrows and she had 6 rebounds. She did everything she possibly could do to keep her team close at the end of this game, they came up short on a last second layup and it was a heart breaker for the team. You cannot take any effort away from her game, she is a true player in our book.
McKenna Woliczko McKenna Woliczko 6’2″ | C Archbishop Mitty | 2026 State CA played her but off as well in this game, that is why we are mentioning her in this article, she end the game with a nice double-double with 18 points and 10 rebounds. She was (7-11) from the field and (4-4) from the freethrow line, she put a solid performance together with her teammates and was to stay close to Eitwanda, but they fell short in the last seconds of the game. She did it all in this one, she scored the ball well, she rebounded and she tried to lead her team to a win, she should not be upset with her overall game performance, she gave it her all.
