Border War 2023-Stock Risers

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The following is a list of quality players that got my attention due to their excellent play at the Springdale Border War event held this past weekend. These ladies have really stepped up their games;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>J'myra London 5'7" PG 2024 Farmington H.S.-Arkansas Lang Academy-</strong>J'myra, pictured in the foreground, is an excellent point guard. She has great floor balance and distributes the ball or drives the lane and finishes at the basket. Her game really picked up last season for the State Champion Cardinals. Her consistent play has not missed a beat during this grassroots season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Shalyn and [player_tooltip player_id='875473' first='Jessie' last='Lyle'] 5'6" SG 2025 Nashville H.S.-Arkansas RV Heat-</strong>These two are identical twins and they play like it. Both are strong with the ball. Shalyn tends to drive to the basket more and Jessie shoots the 3-ball, but both are in-your-face defenders. A nice double threat for the Lady Scrappers next season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='453167' first='Reese' last='Shirey'] 5'6"-Oklahoma Shock 2024-</strong>Reese is all over the floor. She picks up those loose 50/50 balls, plays the passing lane on defense, and gets down the floor in transition. Her motor is running high all of the time!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='435887' first='Macy' last='Willis'] 5'6"-Arkansas Sting 2024-</strong>Macy drives hard to the basket. Doesn't shoot the three often but will take it if it's there. She is strong and has the size to play at any level. In addition, she has stepped up into a leadership role.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='403855' first='Amelia' last='Rogers'] 5'8"-Arkansas Hoop Life-</strong>Amelia is very quick and very smart. She'll drive hard to the basket and can identify the double team. She is much stronger this year and has excellent floor balance. Also, Amelia is very efficient with the basketball in her hands.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='465498' first='Kadee' last='Keaster'] 5'6"-Arkansas Sting 2024-</strong>Just a solid, smart, and reliable basketball player. Kadee is versatile in that she can play any of the guard positions. She doesn't turn it over and can fool you with her quickness to drive to the basket and draw the foul.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='249269' first='Jakayla' last='Bunch'] 5'7"-Arkansas Lang Academy-</strong>Speed is Jakayla's strength. She's fast and she's quick. Her first step is deadly. She can get out on the break in transition and blow by you for the basket.
