Continue ReadingAlexander plays with a lot of confidence and does a good job of leading tbe attack. She is a very selfless player who does what ever it takes to win. She can shoot from all three levels as she did at Deep South Classic. She connected on long range shots, some midrange shots, and got to the goal as well. Alexander can get points, but she does embrace the point guard and leadership role on the floor. In one game at Deep South Classic Alexander demoralized a team on three consecutive lob passes to her “big” down low. Defensively, Alexander did a good job of playing in the passing lanes and getting deflections and steals.
Cramer is a high energy player that can do it all on the floor. She loves to play in transition and few can run with her for an entire game. At Deep South, she attacked the basket and showed she can get to the freethrow line. Cramer showed a lot of versatility playing on the wings and playing off the ball.
Highlights
Revak shot it well from behind the arc. She is one of the most accurate three point shooters on the First Coast. At Deep South Classic, the sharp shooting guard had multiple games with two or more threes.
Highlights
Rodriguez got in the zone one game and knocked down four or five threes and kept her team within striking distance the entire game. When the defense defended the pick and roll, Rodriguez got to open spot and knocked down the “J” like it was drawn up at practice. She had the best shooting performance in a game that I saw over the three day period.
Riggins was a very athletic point guard who showcased a lot of skills at Deep South Classic. She can get to the rim with athletic moves and very good footwork. Riggins did a good job of distributing the ball to teammates in transition and in the offensive sets. She played with aggressiveness and a lot of emotion. When those two intangibles compliment each other, Riggin’s stock is really going to rise.
