Watkins is the #1 ranked player in the 2025 Palmetto State Class. Tamia played this past season at Legion Collegiate Academy in Rock Hill. Watkins a left-handed forward has already scored 1,378 points and grabbed 854 rebounds before starting her junior season next year.
Tamia is on the Grassroots circuit this season with Carolina Flames CP3 16U EYBL. Watkins does her best work around the cup and playing a short face-up game. She can handle the ball at times up the floor. Tamia does a nice job of rebounding the ball on both ends of the floor and especially outside of her area.
Walker is playing up age group again for the SC Future organization. Aveion plays the game in attack mode most of the time while on the floor. She does a nice job of jumping the passing lanes on defense and collecting some steals along the way. Aveion plays around the ball at all times and seems to have a good basketball court awareness at all times.
Highlights
Lucas was able to step-out to hit the short 15-17 footer jumper at times. Samara looks to carve out space down on the block and work from side to side in the paint. She was able to be used as a mover-screener at times while doing a nice job of sealing the defender down low. Samara finished plays on contact and was very effective down in the paint for her squad.
Briggs is a tough kid down the paint for the FBC organization. She was playing on a few of the FBC teams here today. Chloe worked for everything that came her way today. She finished around the basket with a nice little spin move.
Briggs plays a lot bigger than her size and surely doesn’t backdown from anyone on the block. She plays the game constantly around the ball and had no problems jumping on the deck for a loose ball. Great HUSTLE player.
Bryanna likes to work from the perimeter with her jumper at times. She ran down loose balls and surely didn’t mind jumping into the stands for some. Bryanna rebounds the ball well from her wing position on the floor.
She averaged 10.5 ppg and 8.2 rebounds this past season at Clinton HS. Bryanna was able to double dip today and play on a few of the FBC Untamed Hawks teams just like Briggs. Look for these two ladies to be future Stock-Risers moving forward.
