She's a force from all points of the game, defense and offense. There wasn't much anyone could stop her from doing. What sets her apart from other players is she's a physical guard. She knows how to use her body to create space, angles and opportunities. Giving her space won't work as she can drain shots down consistently. For a freshman, she's a mature player. She's going to make you make a decision as a defender and make you pay for it. Sammie Sullivan has a bright future and is a player to watch.

[player_tooltip player_id='446559' first='Tyanna' last='Medina'] (Class of 2024)

At ihoopcrazy Elite 40 showcase, [player_tooltip player_id='446559' first='Tyanna' last='Medina'] showed she is a raw talent who scores the ball very well and that will pick you a part as a defender. She will continue to come at you and bring the intensity. She's loaded with moves and isn't afraid to use them. She has a smooth jump shot that she shoots comfortably, if her defenders's hand is down. If you play her too tight, she will go by you. The game is simple for her. She was on the go and was looking for the first opportunity to score. She is a guard thats needed amongst programs who play a fast tempo game.

[player_tooltip player_id='341008' first='Gabby' last='Middleton'] (Class of 2027)

At the ihoopcrazy elite 40 showcase, [player_tooltip player_id='341008' first='Gabby' last='Middleton'] stood out and was efficient in her guard play showing she can be an offensive threat. Gabby lead the offense by putting the ball in the right place, at the right time and creating for others and herself. She had a consistent stroke as she knocked down several mid-range and 3 point jump shots. She was even more impressive off-the-dribble where she showed she can break her defender down and create reactively. She blew by her defender for layups and dump downs, routinely. [player_tooltip player_id='341008' first='Gabby' last='Middleton'] has good ball control and doesn't waste dribbles. If there was a player open, she moved it. If she had an opportunity, she took it. What was different about Gabby was how poised she was. She was selective with when to go and knew went to slow it down and when to create for the team. She has a 6th sense of the game - something you don't find In players very often.

[player_tooltip player_id='486359' first='Sarah' last='Muir'] (Class of 2026)

[player_tooltip player_id='486359' first='Sarah' last='Muir'] is, without a doubt, one of the best players in New England and is soon to be a one of the best players in the east coast within a years time. At this rate, she will be the best point guard in the region. At the ihoopcrazy Elite 40 showcase, Sarah had almost no mistakes all showcase. What stood out to me was her ball control. She has a feel for the ball that can't be taught. She doest waste dribbles or pound the ball unnecessarily. She's quick to identify her defensive personell and take what the defense gives her. She gets her defender on her hip ad plays downhill. She has an impressive timing to her gameplay that fits perfectly on a college court. She switches speed, slow to fast and vise-versa very well. Her IQ is through the roof as she will not her defender startle her. She made great decisions with ball, shooting at the right time and shooting the right shots. She does not turn the ball over very much. She takes control of the court and dictates the tempo. There's almost nothing wrong with her game.

[player_tooltip player_id='384499' first='Shannon' last='Patrick'] (Class of 2024)

At the ihoopcrazy Elite 40 Showcase, [player_tooltip player_id='384499' first='Shannon' last='Patrick'], showed she is someone to take seriously. She went at each player that was nearly as good as her and made sure there was no question she can play. Unique to Shannon, what makes her different is that she's willing to do what she needs to do to win. No matter what she's called to do. She plays hard and you could see that at the showcase. She a well packaged combo guard that goes hard to the hoop, shoots the ball and picks up 94. She brought the energy from the very beginning of the showcase. She's great off the dribble, she knows how to get her defender on her hip and knows when t attack! That skillset combined with a smooth and consistent catch-and-shoot jump-shot is what makes her a perfect guard for any college to pick up.
