She's a good rebounder and defender who can slash to the basket on offense.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='418783' first='Andrea' last='Simmons'] (Benton): A versatile 5'10 forward who helped lead the Lady Cardinals to a berth in the Class 4 state championship game. She's a strong post player who can also operate on the perimeter. She averaged 11 points and six rebounds while shooting 43 percent from 3-point range.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='634033' first='Ava' last='McCulla'] (Parkway South): A 6'0 forward who is a very solid performer inside as a scorer and rebounder for the 20-9 Patriots. She has excellent athleticism and mobility and her skill set is improving all the time. She can handle the ball and hit a jumper. She seals defenders wel and she keeps the ball high on the catch for the finish. She rebounds well and starts the break with a quick outlet pass. The young lefty is tough around the basket with good post moves and the ability to drive the ball from the high post.
