[player_tooltip player_id='486456' first='Jamari' last='Milton'] sold me years ago, I mean when you're that explosive and under control at an early age, a REAL EVALUATOR, I'm talking about me right now, knows what's coming and I dropped a story on my website about her on the court progression. I saw some new faces as well as others who have also taken their games to new levels, here's part 1 from the 2026 group as I flip-flop between Texas and Oklahoma, who is still OK by the way

Taniyah Reese (Boswell) Team Lex Premier 15U 3SSB

Reese showed me she could handle the ball under pressure and her crossover going full speed had me giggling but handling the ball under pressure will always grab me, and so do players that can create their shot under pressure. She knocked down the jumper from mid to long-range, as well as showed the stop and pop in transition

Sarah Brown (Waco Midway) Team Lex Premier 15U 3SSB

Brown is an athletic guard that understands how to use her athleticism on both ends of the court and immediately showed me she could defend. Her "on the ball" baseline-to-baseline pressure helped to create turnovers, and so did her quick hands, but she did a good job of not only creating her shot but knocking it down while being defended, mids to long-range. Her court vision was also attractive as she threw blistering passes in traffic, with either hand

[player_tooltip player_id='486466' first='K'mari' last='Henley'] (Boswell) Team Lex Premier 15U 3SSB

Henley had me thinking Eagles, as in Don Henley because she soared for rebounds. When you have UPS and go after everything off the rim, that's something you can't teach but she also attacked the basket strongly and finished after contact. She did a good job rebounding in the set, as well as in the open court yet watching her dive on the floor for loose balls was very nice

[player_tooltip player_id='842796' first='Isabella' last='Chase']-5'6 PG (St Mary's Hall) SA Finest 15U 3SSB

Chase Me was a hit by Con Funk Shun, GOOGLE IT, yet this Chase is also doing some hitting as in teammates on the money in traffic. It's always important to mix things up and her being able to also attack the basket and dish going full speed will give her options since she has good body control and can just keep it and finish, after contact. Her deceptive first step as well as the slight HEZ keeps the defender guessing

[player_tooltip player_id='510476' first='Janea' last='Walls']-5'6 PG (Medina Valley) SA Finest 15U 3SSB

Walls continues to elevate her game offensively and watching her "find ways" to put the ball in the basket has always just grabbed me. Her jumper is fluid, she not only wants the ball down the stretch but delivers in the clutch but she also has a variety of moves to attack the basket off the dribble and she also has good body control on her finishes

Aniyah Shields-5'7 CG (Earl Warren) SA Finest 15U 3SSB

Shields has the right last name because her defense continues to shoot up. Her baseline pressure in the open court as well as her defense in the set, let's not leave out her "playing the passing lane" are all coming together. Yes, she can score off the dribble, her finishing after contact has always been there but she's knocking down the midrange with a hand in her face

[player_tooltip player_id='572854' first='Sadie' last='Franklin']-5'6 CG (Blanchard OK) Oklahoma Aces 2026 (Black) - Carrington

Franklin is heady and handled the ball effortlessly under pressure. She's crafty, she went behind her back in the set as well as going full speed, and her ability to see the floor in the open court and hit teammates from over 20 feet away was nice, so was her dropping the jumper from mid to long-range however her showing she could also "catch and shoot"it was equally impressive
