With all of the talent that as on hand in Georgia and as many teams that showed up to show out, it was particularly difficult to arrive at decisions for who should be on which teams.
Deliberation – and rewatching game tape – ultimately leads to decisions and these were the five we felt were worthy of first-team honors. Without further adieu, let’s get to who shined the brightest from the three days of basketball.
Wood Elite teams overall had impressive showings this past weekend at Peach Games and the 2026 squad was no exception. Wood Elite 2026 was one of only two teams in the entire 15U classification to go 4-0 for the tournament. Smiley was a huge reason for the team’s success. Smiley finished with 12 points in a matchup with Team Nite Nite 2026 which put a bow on Saturday’s play. Eight of the 12 points she scored were placed on the scoreboard in the first half. Smiley primarily plays as a three and has no issues absorbing contact as it will give her valuable chances at the free throw line.
Outside of basketball, Jacobs has also participated in track and field events throughout her athletic career. In Saturday’s contest against another Georgia team in Team Nite Nite 2026, she finished with 11 points. Jacobs brings versatility to any team she plays on with her ability to play productive minutes as either a point guard or as a shooting guard. She can be accurate from behind the 3-point line and will also draw contact to put points on the board via the free throw line. Wood Elite 2026 proved to be a team to beat in the 15U field in Peach Games as they were one of two teams that went 4-0 for the weekend.

The other team that finished with a perfect 4-0 mark was My Sister’s Keeper 2026 out of Louisiana. Two of Wood Elite 2026’s wins were by single digits – three of My Sister’s Keeper 2026’s were. Smith was a key piece in why the team proved victorious throughout Peach Games. In her team’s 51-48 triumph over Lights Out Ballers (LOB) 2026, Smith led all scorers with 13 points. She proves herself to be an important defensive cog in that well-oiled machine with her ability to corral steals. Getting to the free throw line and finishing on her opportunities near the basket are two other strong points of her game. Ten of her 13 points she had in that matchup were scored in the second half.
Simpson saved some of her best for last this past weekend at Peach Games. With a chance to finish the weekend with a 4-0 mark on the line, My Sister’s Keeper 2026 faced arguably its toughest test – South Carolina-based Tempo Sports Academy 2026. The Louisiana team picked up a hard-fought 51-49 win over its Palmetto State adversaries and Simpson led the way with a 21-point performance. She showed herself to be an at-will scorer that Tempo Sports Academy had a hard time keeping in check. Along with the 21 points, she also did not have a personal foul called against her for the game.
