Next week Prep Girls Hoops Indiana will be releasing it's Summer rankings update for the Class of 2025. With that said, there were a number of players in the 2025 class who stood out throughout the Spring. Below is a look at a handful of those prospects at the small forward position, so be sure to check them out this July, if you get the chance.

[player_tooltip player_id='366794' first='Madi' last='Allen'], 2025, 5-8 SF, North Decatur H.S., [program_tooltip program_id='714250' first='Indiana' last='Pride'] Xplosion 16U
- In the times I've seen Madi, she has been intriguing to watch. She has nice length, wiry strength, and she's a smooth/fluid athlete who seems to move effortlessly around the floor. She has played a point forward role for her high school team, but this Spring she has been more of a wing scorer who can get to the basket. She has become a more consistent shooter in the last year, but I also like her versatility as a wing defender.

[player_tooltip player_id='324069' first='Kristian' last='Dinkins'], 2025, 5-8 SF, North Central H.S. (Indianapolis)
- I first saw Kristian a couple of years ago, as she was playing 17U grassroots ball while in 8th Grade. She still managed to stand out, because she is a strong, athletic wing prospect who can create offense. She can make shots at all levels, but she is best attacking the basket. This June, however, she showed a much-improved jump-shot and helped the Lady Panthers to a strong month. She also has the tools to become a versatile defender.

[player_tooltip player_id='295766' first='Monique' last='Mitchell'], 2025, 5-11 SF, South Bend Washington H.S., [program_tooltip program_id='716173' first='Always' last='100'] Takeover 16U
- Monique was outstanding throughout the Spring, and her growth as a basketball player since 8th Grade has been tremendous. I remember watching her in the Summer of 2021, and she was so much more comfortable inside of 10-feet, posting up a lot of the time. Now, she handles the ball with greater control, she can knock down shots, plus she is still a talented athlete who can run & jump with the best of them. She can go.

[player_tooltip player_id='570373' first='Madison' last='Sonsini'], 2025, 5-11 SF, Richmond H.S., [program_tooltip program_id='714260' first='Midwest' last='Explosion'] 16U
- I finally saw Madison in-person for the first time this Spring, and she is a really nice ballplayer. She has a wiry-strong frame, nice length, and she's a solid North/South athlete. She can play a point forward role, handle the ball in transition, and initiate the offense, but she's also a capable multilevel scorer who does a nice job of using her physicality in the mid-post and around the basket. I also like how she competes at both ends.

[player_tooltip player_id='366806' first='Lydia' last='Wright'], 2025, 5-7 SF/SG, Silver Creek H.S., [program_tooltip program_id='712566' first='Indiana' last='Elite'] Drive S40 16U
- Lydia is a fairly strong, balanced athlete, who plays with a really nice motor and a quiet toughness. She has done a nice job over the past 12-18 months of tightening her handle, improving her perimeter jumper, and becoming more dynamic in general as an offensive player. She can attack the basket and absorb contact, plus she's a willing rebounder. Defensively, she can take on bigger guards and wings, and she plays taller than she is.
