That day saw kids who hadn’t gotten to high school. However, there were a few familiar names of kids who played high school basketball this past season. That said, let’s briefly highlight a few of them.
Tessa Bryan
The future Waunakee guard was among the most impressive kids at the Kohl Center Friday. Every time she touched the ball in the backcourt, Bryan sprinted at the basket and put pressure on defenses.
Sidney Zehner
The future Arrowhead Warhawk and Bryan’s Wisconsin Lakers teammate Zehner showed plenty of positives with the ball in her hands. She hit a few pull-up shots that were more than impressive, and I thought she was among the best kids with the ball in her hands.
Nyajuacni Riak
There’s a chance Riak could be a top talent in the 2028 class. Some of the things she pulled off naturally were unbelievable. Her ability at 6-1 to dribble, shoot, run the floor, dribble, and finish with either hand was unreal.
Kennedi Harden
The 2027 guard was outstanding when the ball was in her hands. She made some plays with the ball in her hands. She was quick, elusive, and did a solid job creating separation from her initial defender.
Avalyn Albrecht
Albrecht showed a motor that is rare with kids her size. She’s an athletic kid who likes to get out and run in transition, but I loved her in the 3v3 session. Her passing is better than most 6-1 kids, and vision to make any passes. She made a couple of especially impressive backdoor passes.
Londyn Hollins Londyn Hollins 5'7" | CG Wisconsin Lutheran | 2028 WI
Hollins is another 2028 who stood out. She won the 3-point shooting contest. Hollins was probably, the best at finishing around the basket. It’ll be a few years before she gets into the high school ranks, but she has excellent potential.
Jada Seubert
Seubert is a member of a talented Wisconsin Flight 2027 team, and she showed that she could shoot the ball at a high level. I love the base she has on her shot and believe she could be an elite shooter in the Wisconsin Valley Conference.
Miskel may have been the oldest kid at the camp on Friday, and it showed. She has a mature game, even for the high school level. The Whitefish Bay guard also does an excellent job making plays for her teammates. Her consistency also shows when she’s in the gym for five hours. She was the same kid in the first 1v1 session until the 5v5 All-Star Game.
Alli Charbonneau
Charbonneau was the youngest kid at the camp and is a member of the class of 2029. I thought she made quick decisions with the ball, shot the ball well in the 3-point contest, and showed her fair share of potential.
Lana Mannetter Lana Mannetter 6'0" | CG Westosha Central | 2028 WI
Seeing Mannetter on Friday was eye-opening. I thought she had a ton of strength for a 2028, and her shot is solid and possesses a good base. Her jumpers didn’t fall as much as she may have liked. However, I think she’ll become a good shooter,if she puts in the work.
