In the article below I will be covering some of these players and their options moving forward. Thanks for tuning in and enjoy!
Jenica Lewis Jenica Lewis 5’10” | PG Johnston | 2026 State IA haș been piling up offers for a few years now and it comes to no surprise. A player who was recently invited out to try out for Team USA, is a country-wide known talent in the 2026 class. As of most recent, Lewis has received offers from The University of Missouri and The University of Norte Dame. Making her list to over 30+ Division 1 offers. Johnston high school is going to have a big year this winter and I can’t wait to see it. Lewis is primed to have a break out season with all eyes on her.
Greta Dillinger Greta Dillinger 5’10” | SG North Polk | 2025 State IA hasn’t received an offer as of yet for college ball but that is soon to change. Dillinger, the flame-thrower from deep, has had an AAU season to remember. Honestly, throughout the state of Iowa this spring/summer, Dillinger has a debate for being the biggest stock riser in general. She has been playing at a high level, and shooting the ball at an efficient/consistent rate. Any college now a days wants a shooter. Greta is an excellent one of those, while also being a fundamental and sound player overall. We will see over these next few months what occurs but in my opinion, she will be having some offers come her way.
Highlights
Erica Rust
Erica Rust
Erica Rust is a player that will be added to the 2024 ranking this fall as one of the most promising forwards throughout the state of Iowa. Rust, a 6’1 guard, has recently taken a college trip to Morningside College, as a possible option for her future on the court. Once Rust’s name gets out a little more over these next few months and we get into the high school season, I could see some more colleges reaching out. Rust has great size, strength to go with that size, and coordination with the ball in the post. She tends to favor one side while attacking here and there but with the proper coaching, she could produce some huge number when it comes to points in the paint, blocks, and rebounds. This fall will be important for Rust and she is sure to make the most of it.
Aubrey Kroymann Aubrey Kroymann 6’0″ | C Maquoketa | 2026 State IA first showed up on my radar last season for her freshman year at Maquoketa high school. Kroymann is a lengthy and skilled forward, who moves well on and off of the ball. She spreads the floor with her athleticism but understands that her best ability is working inside the paint, near the basket. I did not have a chance to see Kroymann play this AAU season with her stacked Quad City Shockers AAU team but from what I know and what I’ve seen, she is going to receive a few offers over the next few years, as it has to do with the sport of basketball. She is primed for another big season at her high school, next to some other impressive teammates. If she stays dedicated to this game, she will see a college floor before it’s all said and done.

Ava Fischer Ava Fischer 5’9″ | CG Humboldt | 2026 State IA is playing some really impressive basketball this spring/summer and it should be touched on. Fischer is knocking down shots left and right, all while staying a balanced player and making life easier for her teammates. She does a really good job of understanding her spacing and when a shot is a good choice VS not so good choice. This fall and winter could be a big jump for Ava. She is the type of player who could pull out a break out season and become one of the best known shooters throughout the state of Iowa. As long as she continues to have steady improvement over the next few season, she is going to be a really nice piece at the end of her high school career. Wether she wants to play at the college level or not.
