She put on a show against Arizona Elite 17U Black impacting the game in many different ways. Jones brought intensity and energy to the floor being very active on defense applying tight ball pressure making ball handlers make bad decisions that led to turnovers. She did an outstanding job rebounding the ball where she often went coast to coast with the rock pushing the pace on the fast break where she either dished it out to an open teammate or finished at the rim for a bucket. Jones wreaked havoc on the defensive end using her length and athleticism blocking shots from the perimeter and in the paint. With her size, elite skill and abilities I can see the WNBA her future.
Savannah Jarvis Savannah Jarvis 6'0" | SG Lafayette | 2025 State KY made a an impact of her own in the matchup against Arizona Elite 17U Black. She did an excellent job rebounding the ball racking up several boards in the first half. I like how vocal she was on the floor she did a great job calling out screens and switching on defense. Simpson carried her high-level play into the championship game against MCW Starz S40 that aired on ESPNU coming up with a big time block that had the ESPN commentators raving about her ability to protect the rim.

Asia Thomas Asia Thomas 5'7" | SG Ashland | 2024 State KY performed very well at the Roses23. I was able to see her play on Day One against Virginia Elite and she impressed me with her activity on both ends of the floor. She played excellent on-ball defense, boxed out for rebounds and did a good job cheering on her teammates keeping them encouraged throughout the game. The energy she brought to the floor was infectious and it gave TSP the spark they needed to get the win.
Zoe Gathright
Zoe Gathright
Zoe Gathright really impressed me in Fridays game against COH Elite Bair. I like the effort she gave on the boards she did a great job boxing out using her size and strength to grab rebounds keeping a strong grip on the ball making sure no one could take it from her. Gathright showed tremendous touch from the mid-range knocking down several jumpers throughout the game. She also did the things that don’t show up on the stat sheet like diving for loose balls that led to tie-ups helping her team gain offensive possession. Gathright has great upside and she is a prime example of how talented the the class of 2027 is in Kentucky.
Faith Whitford Faith Whitford 5'9" | SG Campbell County | 2026 State KY

Faith Whitford Faith Whitford 5'9" | SG Campbell County | 2026 State KY was another player for KBD 2026 that made an impact in the game against DistinXion 2026 Black. I like her aggressiveness on offense she did a good job attacking the basket where she either finished through contact or got sent to the line for free ones. Whitford played very hard on both ends of the floor and gave an all out effort to keep her team in the game. I see a big sophomore year ahead for her at Campbell County.
