Freshman Showcase: Team 3 Evaluations

She did her job as a rim protector with multiple blocks on the day. Her footwork around the rim is impressive and she can finish with both hands. And that's because Madisyn is just that good! She is a PG that plays well beyond her years. When the ball is in her hands, she displays remarkable poise and consistently makes the correct decisions. Her defensive pressure was causing lots of problems for the opposing teams. I wish I had the stats on how many steals she had on the day. It was a lot! She was also knocking down shots behind the arc. The complete package for sure! She had smothering defensive causing lots of turnovers. She aggressively went to the hoop and made smart decisions while doing so. She can knock down the long ball. She constantly had her hands in the passing lanes. She has a nice looking outside shot. She had some fancy finishes in the paint and her floater was untouched every single time. She is a very good on-the-ball defender and came away with many steals on the day.
