2024 Amaya Smith Amaya Smith PG Powers Catholic | 2024 State MI is a complete player that guards the ball with tenacity, shoots the ball accurately, and plays the game with great passion. She was named All-League Second Team last season and featured as the Glue Player for the Blue Devils (watch video). Amaya finishes with balance using either hand and can deliver passes at different angles. She’s a fierce defender with offensive firepower, which is why I’d like to see her battle at the Top 250 Expo.
2026 Melanie Kolnitys proved herself right away as a freshman, earning SVL All-Conference Second Team. She’s lightning quick and will get downhill suddenly. Her balance, speed, and finishing ability is enough of a challenge to stop, but she also shoots lights out from 3-point range! Kolnitys has the vision to find open teammates and is constantly disrupting ball handlers and passes. Melanie would be an excellent edition to the Top 250 Expo as an elite PG in the SVL.
2024 Destiny Washington Destiny Washington 5’6″ | PG West Bloomfield | 2024 State MI was a favorite player to watch for me last season and I’d enjoy seeing her match up with other elite point guards. She fits the mold of a strong bodied defender with relentless ball pressure and quick lateral movement. Destiny will physically impose herself on smaller point guards and can attack defenders using many dribble moves. She has the passing angles and court vision to deliver the ball effectively, what an exciting day it would be having Destiny at the Top 250 Expo this year!
5’3 2025 PG Ava Weber Ava Weber 5’3″ | PG Port Huron | 2025 State MI is an athlete who could climb the charts sooner than later. She had an outstanding day at David Barns showing her range to hit the 3 ball, create plays for teammates, and swipe the ball with her speed and pressure. Ava is a player I want to see compete against top ball handlers in the state; she could build off her momentum by performing well at the Top 250 Expo.
At 5’9, 2025 Jordyn Egger Jordyn Egger 5’9″ | PG Mount Pleasant | 2025 State MI had an outstanding sophomore campaign, finishing SVL All-Conference Second Team for Mount Pleasant. She’s fantastic on offense, but what’s more impressive is how hard she crashes the boards: 6 boards in SVL games as a point guard! When you watch tape of Egger you see her passion: she’s animated. Jordyn can score shooting the rock with range or taking it up the middle, finishing in traffic. She has court vision, strong passes, and great ball handling. Jordyn is someone who can make a statement at the Top 250 Expo.
Hannah Ralko Hannah Ralko 5'7" | CG Howell | 2026 State MI
Hannah Ralko Hannah Ralko 5'7" | CG Howell | 2026 State MI
5’5 PG Hannah Ralko Hannah Ralko 5’7″ | CG Howell | 2026 State MI is most likely a name you are not familiar with, but you should be. Hannah is someone who has been tucked in the shadows on an elite roster, but she is a special talent. I have seen her play at multiple prospect camps, college showcases, and travel tournaments. This kid has length you don’t expect at 5’5. She runs the court fast and plays effectively running point or off ball. She’s an accurate deep range shooter, excellent passer, skilled ball handler, and solid defender. Ralko is someone who can burst onto the scene by competing well against elite guards at The Top 250 Expo.
