Dahni had a great freshman campaign so I’m eager to see how she follows that up. She really asserted herself in the minutes she got, and showed that she is a force on the boards and able to score the ball in the paint.
Savannah had a tremendous summer. She was in much better physical shape and really took her game to another level. She played with a lot of intensity and showed the ability to play out on the perimeter as well. I was very impressed with the development she showed. I think she’s going to tear up the league.
Arianna ran with Boo Williams this summer and saw some big-time competition. She did more than hold her own. She is a dominant post defender with excellent shot blocking ability, and is rapidly developing on offense. Definitely one to watch.
Chaniya is a ferocious competitor and one of the top shot blockers in the area. She had a great summer and looked good shooting the ball from the perimeter. Let’s see if she can carry that into the league and then into the regular season.
Ty spent the summer grabbing up every rebound in sight and dishing out punishment in the paint. I’m looking forward to seeing how her footwork looks and how she finishes around the basket. I expect her to start picking up offers this season.
