September 24th marked the 5th annual Prep Girls Hoops Indiana Top-250 Expo, and it was once again a successful day in the gym. With 12 teams filled with Indiana preps in the classes of 2024-2026, there were plenty of strong players and standouts. Be sure to check out who made the most noise in our “GameChangers” articles we posted Sunday & Monday. At this time, I wanted to circle back and talk about everyone else on Teams 3 & 4, because there were a number of other players who also did some really nice things throughout the event.
.
TEAM-3:
#23 – Ryleigh Newton, 2025, 5-2 G, Rock Creek Academy
– Ryleigh is an extremely quick and shifty little water-bug type of point guard prospect. She seemed to have a true, natural feel for the game with the ball in her hands, she was unselfish, but she could also knock down an open jumper. I liked how she competed defensively, as well.

– Brooklyn has really nice length at her height, she was another quick and crafty lead guard who played with poise and an understanding of the position. She probably still needs a little strength to absorb contact better on attack, but she has a nice balance of skill and ability overall.

, 2026, 5-8 W, Pendleton Heights H.S.
– I’m not sure what’s in the water in Pendleton, but all of their kids play with relentless motors. Olivia has really nice length, a wiry-strong frame, and she flies around the floor trying to make plays. She has solid ball skill, some touch outside, and she’s a versatile, effortful defensive player.
#93 –
Sophie Skidmore

Seymour | 2026

, 2026, 5-8 W, Seymour H.S.
– Sophie put together a great Spring & Summer grassroots season, and she really put herself “on the map”. She plays with a ton of energy and toughness, she doesn’t mind physicality as a wing, and she will get inside and rebound. She has nice skill which should only improve with time.

Madi Allen

North Decatur | 2025

, 2025, 5-9 W, North Decatur H.S.
– I hadn’t seen Madi since April, and she looked noticeably stronger to me, but more importantly, she played much stronger as well. She handled the ball against pressure solidly, used her body to fend off opponents, and she shot it much better than I remember from the perimeter.

, 2024, 6-0 F, Guerin Catholic H.S.
– Kori was one of just a handful of 2024s in attendance, and I felt like she put together a nice day. She has tremendous length, wiry strength, and she’s a nice run & jump athlete. She can handle the ball and get to the rim, she has some touch outside, plus she can defend multiple positions.

.
TEAM-4:
#22 – Kenzie Miller, 2026, 5-1 G, Culver Academy
– Kenzie is tiny, but she’s one of those smaller kids everyone in the gym enjoys watching. She is quick, fast, and feisty, and she made several plays inside and out. She has some touch around the perimeter, she plays with a really nice motor, and she’s a scrappy defender who can cause problems.

Jersey Paul

Carroll (Fort Wayne) | 2025

IN
, 2025, 5-6 G, Carroll H.S. (Fort Wayne)
– Jersey has been a Varsity regular since she stepped foot in high school, and it’s because she has a highly skilled, intelligent game. She is a strong kid at her size, she shoots it very well from the perimeter (and with range), plus she can handle it and initiate the offense when necessary.
#70 – Dana Dues, 2026, 5-6 G, Guerin Catholic H.S.
– Dana isn’t as tall as her older sister (above), but she has really nice length, a fluid athleticism to her game, and she plays with a nice all-around motor. She has some touch from outside, but I felt like she was more comfortable off the dribble getting to the basket or finding teammates.
#74 –
Kendall Shives
Kendall

Charlestown | 2025
IN
, 2025, 5-5 G, Charlestown H.S.
– Kendall is a strong-for-her-size combo guard who seems to play hard every possession. She almost needs to use her speed & quickness in bursts and not play 100 MPH all the time, but she was creative, aggressive towards the basket, and she showed nice touch around the perimeter.

Lani Graves
Lani
Graves

Bloomfield | 2026
IN
, 2026, 5-11 F, Bloomfield H.S.
– Lani is a strong forward who plays with a nice basketball IQ. I felt like she looked leaner and more active/explosive than a year ago at our Freshman showcase. She has the physicality to play inside, rebound, and defend, but she also has some ball skill and touch around the perimeter.
