They have not yet made it to the high school level, but they had a good day on Sunday at the She Hoops Best of the Midwest event at Wittenberg. Here are some top 2028 performances.

[player_tooltip player_id='716553' first='Libby' last='Bunsold'], 2028 Bellbrook

I got to see her with her AAU team this summer at one of the PGH Circuit events, and Libby showed she has a good skillset for a player going into the eighth grade. She plays above her years and I expect her to continue to improve and make an impact at the high school level when she arrives. Libby has solid handles and can push tempo. A good north-south player, anticipates the game well. Smart basketball IQ.

Meira Mullins, 2028 Woodward Park

Very good potential for Meira as she displayed a lot of solid skills on Sunday. She has good handles and is a solid floor leader and is able to finish. See the floor well and can turn it on to a different speed. Excellent on-ball defender and switches well, can finish with either hand.

Honeste Davis, 2028 Bethany Middle School

Good future prospect with continued skill development. I like her aggressiveness, and as a younger player she has good court sense with the ball. Defensively she can create plays with pressure defense and force mistakes. I think she can have a solid career with work and dedication.

Peyton Gibson, 2028 Turkeyfoot Middle School (KY)

I like her on-ball defense, scrappy and active and has the ability to make things happen for her team. Good court vision and can make the good pass on the break. Able to play a fast game, pushes north-south and can do a lot of things with the ball.

[player_tooltip player_id='813145' first='Jayda' last='Johnson'], 2028, Mason

Playing in a very solid high school program, Jayda should continue to grow her game and develop. She has a smooth shot, excellent follow thorough gets her feet set. She is shot ready and gets it up quick. Good motor and can get the ball where it needs to be.
