She's a physical guard who's capable of taking smaller guards down into the post. She was stepping through traps and hitting the mid range jumper. She was also a ball hawk on defense.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Cara Manual: A 2027 point guard from Lift for Life who score 12 points, including some tough buckets in the lane down the stretch. She also excelled on defense where she had a sequence of three steals for three consecutive baskets.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='493477' first='Diamond' last='Polk']: A 2026 guard from Lift for Life who plays at her own pace and is very effective.
