Madilyn Ray Madilyn Ray 6'2" | C Beachside | 2026 State FL is a name you might want to get use to saying. There is a reason she moved nearly 100 spots in the rankings: The Sophomore big was super impressive as a Freshman, and she was lights out this past travel season. Ray has the tangibles and the intangibles that are rare for a Freshman. Last high school season, a lot of her team’s offense ran through Ray at Nease High School. Ray picked teams apart from the freethrow lines on back door cuts and dives to the the rim. She made the right reads time and time again – as a Freshman! During the travel season, Ray was dominant in the paint ( scoring and rebounding). Ray also showcased a shooting touch from behind the arc. This upcoming season, we will be ooking for a historical season at Beachside with Ray leading the way.
Imani Henderson Imani Henderson 6'1" | PF Atlantic Coast | 2026 State FL is coming into her own and could be one of the most dominant players to ever lace them up at Atlantic Coast when it’s all said and done. Henderson is tall, athletic, and physically dominant on the basketball coach. I had a college coach tell me how good she was going to be a few years ago and it’s all playing out. During the college live period, Henderson was a beast at times. She rebounds, blocks shots, scores on the inside, runs the floor. This year the Sophomore is expected to add consistency to her game. Henderson moved from 66 to number 28, because she is a major prospect in the 2026 class. She is poised for a monster year.
Brie McCoy Brie McCoy 6'1" | PF Creekside | 2026 State FL is a diamond in the rough and she is an athletic power forward to be reckoned with. She jumped into the top 40 after spending last year in the top 65. McCoy is dominant on the inside and can play through contact and score the ball. She runs the floor well from the post position. McCoy has a high basketball IQ and communicates well on the basketball court.
Lovely Gabriel Lovely Gabriel 6'3" | C Fort Pierce Central | 2026 State FL is a post player who made a move upwards 132 spots. As a Freshman, Gabriel averaged nearly 10 points per game and nearly 6 rebounds per game. Gabriel has great height at 6’4 and is poised to have a great Sophomore campaign. Gabriel also stood out on the defensive end last season. averaging nearly 2 blocks per game. Gabriel has been accepted top play in some high level camps this fall and she is poised to have a great Sophomore campaign.
Sophia Vazquez Sophia Vazquez 5'8" | SG The Kings Academy | 2026 State FL rose up in the rankings (120 to 86) and will look to have an impactful 2023 season. Last year Vazquez averaged close to 9 points per game as a Freshman at Cardinal Newman. Vazquez is a versatile player who can play at the guard or at the forward position. She can shoot the three and is an agressive defensive player who knows how to get steals.
