With the graduation of a senior class probably the class that benefits most from that event is the incoming junior. Since the release of the March update the number of ranked players included has grown by nearly 50%. Because of the large number of additions advancing in the ranks is frequently very difficult and can be limited to a moving a few spots. The June update was characterized by just that, few advancers and not much movement. This fall update is certainly not the norm So many players climbed more than 10 places that I hand to break the report up into two parts, large and small school. The large school, also needsd to be split into two due to the number of players included. In this part 1 of the 4A-6A players the first 7 of the 15 4A-6A players are revealed. They are listed in order by the number of spots advanced. Review the many 1A-3A prospects who also made substantial moves.

[player_tooltip player_id='675830' first='Kaia' last='Smith'], 6'1", SF, Hutchinson - A big shout out to coach Rob Winfrey of [program_tooltip program_id='716118' first='Next' last='Level Eclipse'] for helping this long, fast, and athletic shooter develop into the player I last saw at the end of July at The End Game. Climbing 73 spots to #34 Smith has developed well beyond playing on the wing and being primarily a three point shooting and transition threat. She is now a true interior threat with terrific hands and rebounding chops.

[player_tooltip player_id='539009' first='Prayer' last='Roebuck'], 5'10", PF, Neodesha - Playing on PGH's Dynasty Circuit this past summer with her 365 Elite club I got to see Roebuck play strong competition at every event. And climbing 39 spots to #26 reflects not only how well she play but some intangibles she brought to the team. Possessing a solid frame Roebuck makes effective use of it finishing, defending, and when she seizes moments to get baskets when her team badly needs them. Transition speed, handles, vision, and smarts are all in her arsenal.

[player_tooltip player_id='456530' first='Amaree' last='Henderson'], 5'10", SF, Newton - Henderson is among the most unknown, highly skilled players in Kansas. A scoring threat at all three levels, she has quickness to create drives and battle through a couple challengers to finish with explosiveness. Missing from Ark Valley Chisholm Trail League Div I honors in 2023 she received a honorable mention not in 2022. A sure second team talent in 2024, Henderson moved deep into the top 25 with a 39 spot jump to #27.

[player_tooltip player_id='456521' first='Savannah' last='Phillips'], 5'11", SF, Arkansas City - The Ark Valley Chisholm Trail League Div II honorable mention selection moved into #10 after climbing 21 spots. Phillips' move up the ranks reflects abilities like anticipation to jump passing lanes, changing ends well. catch well on the run and in traffic, and end-to-end speed with the ball. She effectively uses ball fakes to create shots including to hit the short corner and mid-range jumper. Phillips also scores with athleticism. She has a solid frame that helps her grab boards with elevation in traffic, making her an effective garbage collector.

[player_tooltip player_id='669830' first='Olivia' last='Robben'], 6'5", C, Olathe South - Advancing 21 spots to #13 Robben has clearly established herself as the one of the top centers in the state . Blessed with true center size Robben has been great fun watch develop playing for [program_tooltip program_id='715643' first='Kansas' last='Elite'] club during the summers. I have be pleased not only with her hands and smart use of her size and length but also with her footwork. Her quickness is good and she uses it effectively because she tracks the ball well on both ends. Robben does a terrific job of coming from help side in the paint and finds spaces in defensive rotations. Finds people to block out on rebounds and clears the ball well, Robben also changes ends well. She has picked up Division I and II offers in recent months.

[player_tooltip player_id='398377' first='Gabriella' last='Jackson'], 6'0", SF, Shawnee Mission Northwest - Jackson broke into the top ten by advancing 17 spots to #8. Lots of boxes checked off with Jackson. She has good height and length, shoots the perimeter ball with arch, transitions with speed, anticipates well to jump passing lanes, pulls down nearly nine boards a game. The second team Sunflower League honoree has a received a couple Division I offers that I know of.

[player_tooltip player_id='688272' first='Leah' last='Littlejohn'], 6'0", SF, Bishop Carroll - Playing for Life Prep over the summer she got into a break out stretch where her passing in the half court really started turning heads. Primarily working from 15' in, which is not easy to do. While slightly built Littlejohn has terrific length and transition speed. She plays within herself very well, including working out of the screen game. She advanced 17 spots to #57
