Alahnna A Simpson Alahnna A Simpson 5'10" | SG La Crosse Central | 2026 State WI
One of the best in the class of 2026, Simpson had all the physical that will translate well to the next level. She has solid size at about 6-0, can make plays off the dribble, has the lateral quickness to defend on the perimeter, and can finish through traffic around the basket. Simpson can excel as a cutter from the corner, a primary scorer, and slot into almost any offensive set you could imagine.
Natalie Backhaus Natalie Backhaus 6'0" | PF Wisconsin Dells | 2026 State WI
Backhaus’ passing is one of the most game-breaking skills anyone in the 2026 class has. Her ability to play in the high post and be a triple threat is one of the most challenging things to guard when she gets into a rhythm. Watching her pick out passes for cutters from the wings, corners, or anywhere, for that matter, can demoralize defenses throughout the game. None of that even mentions her ability to spin over either shoulder around the rim and make little turnaround jumpers over tall kids.
Torie Neubauer Torie Neubauer 6'0" | PF Appleton East | 2025 State WI
The Appleton East wing is one of the most intriguing kids in the FVA this season. She’s a multifaceted kid who’s played most of her minutes as a post player for the Patriots but may look the best when getting out in transition. Neubauer is an excellent athlete with good strength and balance to play through contact. I believe in her ability to shoot the ball consistently at a high level. I don’t think her 40% from the three-point will change much this season.
Autumn Dibb Autumn Dibb 5'10" | SG Muskego | 2025 State WI
The Muskego wing is the definition of a player everyone wants on their team and hates when she’s on the other team. I believe that Dibb would do anything she had to if it meant her team had a better chance of winning. Dibb is a 5-10 guard/wing who can initiate the offense, make tough shots, and play with her back to the basket. Defensively, she’s competitive enough to give anyone on the other team fits with her aggressiveness and willingness to play physically. There aren’t many kids with Dibb’s mentality, and I’d think coaches would like that spirit she plays with every time she steps on the floor.
