The OCC Buckeye Division includes the following schools: Central Crossing, Groveport Madison, Lancaster, Newark, Pickerington Central, and Reynoldsburg.

The Lady Tigers of Pickerington are hungry to not only win the OCC, but also head back to Dayton for the Final Four! And they certainly have the players to do it! Reynoldsburg’s aggressive style of play and fast pace will be a problem for many opponents this year! I watched a whole new line up of players from Newark earlier this summer, and I liked what I saw! And Central Crossing- I love how the Lady Comets come out and compete.

Players to Watch:

Blossom Wallace Blossom Wallace 6'1" | PF Pickerington Central | 2026 State OH : 2026, Pickerington Central- Watch out for this young lady- she “Blossomed” last year, and this year, look for her to be even a stronger scorer! Her defense- insanely tough! (Below on defense, Featured Photo)

Berry Wallace Berry Wallace 6'1" | SF Pickerington Central | 2024 State OH : 2024, Pickerington Central- This future Fighting Illini has been incredible to watch since elementary! She can do it all, and thrives on making the big plays! (Below shooting)

Rylee Bess Rylee Bess 5'6" | PG Pickerington | 2025 State OH : 2025, Pickerington Central- Love Rylee’s court vision, how she can go past any defender with her quickness and handles! Quick trigger from deep! (Below passing)

Zoe Coleman Zoe Coleman 5'8" | CG Pickerington Central | 2027 OH : 2027, Pickerington Central- Ohhhh, we’ll be talking about Coleman over the next 4 years! Impressive freshman with strong all-around skills on both ends of the court! (Below with ball)

Kennady Gordon Kennady Gordon 5'7" | SG Pickerington Central | 2025 OH : 2025, Pickerington Central- Gordon’s defense, outside shooting, and explosive take off / finish on transition will play a key role for the Tigers!

Savannah Hamilton Savannah Hamilton 5'6" | CG Central Crossing | 2025 OH : 2025, Central Crossing- I really like Hamilton- she’s a worker, accepts the double teaming from opponents, and still capitalizes. Shooter, and fundamentally solid.

Zay Shepherd: 2026, Groveport Madison- Shepherd’s dribble penetration to the bucket is so very strong and hard to stop! She’s got game!

Jolisa Butts Jolisa Butts 5'5" | PG Groveport Madison | 2025 OH : 2025, Groveport Madison– Jolisa has terrific quickness and instincts- love how she attacks the basket, and finds her teammates with crisp passing!

Sa’Mahn Johnson Sa’Mahn Johnson 5'6" | PG Reynoldsburg | 2025 State OH : 2025, Reynoldsburg- Johnson’s name is definitely known among college coaches- She is a play maker, facilitator, and knows how to get the job done! Give her the rock!

Daniya McDonald Daniya McDonald 5'11" | PF Reynoldsburg | 2024 OH : 2024, Reynoldsburg- McDonald can change the game with her defense and ability to score from anywhere. Love her intensity! (Below on defense)

Emma Quackenbush: 2027, Newark- Emma is such a smooth guard, who makes the game look easy! She’s a scorer! Strong handles and defender. You’ll be hearing her name a lot!

Jenna Grabans Jenna Grabans 5'7" | CG Lancaster | 2024 OH : 2024, Lancaster- This picture below shows it all- Grabans passion for the game, hustle, and determination makes her a strong guard! Strong 3- point shooter.
