Emma has committed to Bowling Green State University, after a very successful high school season so far. I expect that to translate over into a fluid travel ball season with Legends U as her work ethic and her gritty play translates into success for her. She’s a very active player without the ball, and when she does have the rock, she can fill up the stat sheet. Great distributor, can defend multiple positions. Big things ahead for Emma.

Quackenbush is an offensive threat for the Newark Wildcats! She keeps the defense guessing with her ability to attack the basket and rise up for three. Quackenbush was able to notch 14 points and seven defensive boards in Newark’s lose to Margaretta. Defensively, she was a pest as well leading the way with three blocks and steals each as she left an imprint on both end of the floor for the Wildcats! Quackenbush is near the top of her positional ranking in her class because she flat out gets it done on both ends of the floor for her team! The junior continues to turn heads and make her impact felt for the Wildcats!

She is a solid guard, a 6-foot mismatch for her opposing guards as she can beat you in multiple ways. One thing she loves to do is get the ball and push up-tempo style and get the ball down the floor as quickly as possible. She sees her teammates well, excellent vision and makes good decisions. She can also drop 20 on you any given night and she makes the jump up to number 22.

Emma had a terrific summer! Her basketball IQ, how she finds her teammates, and oh my goodness her laser sharp passing is spectacular! Nothing better than her half court baseball or bounce passes that are a perfect 10! Strong outside shooter! She brings a lot on both ends of the ball!

Quackenbush is one of the best passers I watched in the tournament. She can fire a dart from one end to the other in no time! Threads the needle between defenders. But when she’s not passing the rock, she’s draining 3’s or driving to the rim with finesse! Keep your eyes on her!

Emma’s passes, particularly her baseball passes after rebounding are just spectacular! She just has a way of delivering the rock at the right place, at the right time! Tough floor leader and scorer!

Emma glides with the ball! She will make you pay greatly on transition, puts on a show with how she splits the defense and delivers some pretty dimes! Outstanding court vision, a pest on defense, forces turnovers, and a reliable scorer! She can do a lot with a never dying motor!

Great team player, finds the open player. Vocal on the court, has excellent court vision, makes the right play. Loves to push tempo, not afraid to get after it. Plays with a motor and reads the game well on defense.

Emma has the speed that she has no trouble running coast to coast, ball or no ball! The transitional game she takes out of her pocket is impressive to me. She plays well from anywhere and always completes the task at hand. She possesses excellent ball handling skills, a high basketball IQ, and can shoot the rock from the outside. Emma’s elegant guard play makes the game appear simple. She is able to get back on defense on a missed shot. She now went from number 45 to number 42 in the rankings!
