The Top 250 Expo was held last week and there were six teams created from the participants. In this article, we look at the performance of the players on Team 5.

[player_tooltip player_id='763181' first='Maia' last='Berdebes'] played very well and was one of the top guard standouts at the Expo. She has a lot of confidence in her abilities and in a forum like the Expo, that mental edge is what separates players. Berdebes was a true point guard at the Expo. She made some very good passes to cutting teammates and also dished to open shooters on the perimeter. She handled the ball well and led the offense when she was out on the floor. Her versatility and strength stood out, especially on the defensive end and on the boards. Offensively, she scored at all three levels. She was most effective when attacking the rim from the left-hand side. She either got the basket or went to the free-throw line.

[player_tooltip player_id='773798' first='Andralee' last='Keim'] has the ability to really get out on the break and score with either hand. Offensively, Keim had some nice aggressive moves to the rim. She was also aggressive on the defensive end with good on-ball defense and even better on the help side. Keim rebounded well and went hard for any loose ball in her vicinity. Keim ran the point and did a good job of getting her team into their offensive sets. She made some nice passes to the post players on her team.

[player_tooltip player_id='633529' first='Mia' last='Chandler'] played well at the Expo and was one of the top young power forwards in the building. Chandler was also a force on the boards, especially on the offensive boards. She had numerous putbacks for scores and gave her team numerous extra possessions. When given a path to the basket, Chandler took advantage and made the defense pay. When she develops a consistent midrange shot, she is going to be unstoppable in the paint. As one college coach stated, Chandler is still learning the game and is on the path to becoming a dominant player.

[player_tooltip player_id='400787' first='Liliana' last='Rosario'] played well and was a force down on the blocks. Rosario did a good job of staying in the site of the guards and giving them a good target to pass the ball. Once she got the ball down low she knew what to do with it. She has a nice shooting touch around the rim and also played well with her back to the basket. Rosario also played well on the defensive end. She held her ground in the middle, blocked her share of shots, and affected shots in her area.

[player_tooltip player_id='419934' first='Abby' last='Price'] Price was lights out shooting the ball and really did a lot of things well, including handling the ball and making sound decisions with the ball. Price made some nice passes to players on the inside and threaded the needle a few times to cutting teammates. She was aggressive in driving the ball and had some impressive finishes on fast breaks. Price was the top three-point shooter in the building and could have unleashed a ton of shots if she wanted to. She played team ball and made a conscious effort to get the ball inside to her post players, including fellow teammate Rosario.

[player_tooltip player_id='495975' first='Taiylor' last='Cray'] had some good moments at the Expo. Cray has good size for a guard and she can shoot the ball from any area on the court. Cray also showed some versatility, getting inside the paint for some easy scores. Cray can handle the ball and can get by the defender if they close out too fast. Cray was very aggressive in some games and in other games she was less aggressive and deferred to other players on her team.

[player_tooltip player_id='346884' first='Jennie' last='Gutman'] was one of the most versatile players at the event and could score on the inside as well as the outside, She also could handle the ball. Gutman has great size at 6'2 and can play physically inside and mix it up. Gutman also played well on the perimeter where she was aggressive in shooting the long ball. She knocked down several long-range threes. Gutman did a good job of advancing the ball up the court, including several full-court passes for assists.

[player_tooltip player_id='773795' first='Addie' last='Osborne'] was the consummate team player during the Expo. She played good defense and on offense, Osborne took the open shot when it was presented. She showed a nice shooting touch from behind the arc.

[player_tooltip player_id='773800' first='Isabel' last='Lindauer'] was a quiet player on the court. She played aggressive defense and wasn't afraid to launch the three. She has a nice shooting form and can shoot from all levels on the courts.

The Top 250 Expo was held last week and there were six teams created from the participants. In this article, we look at the performance of the players on Team 5.
